Food was authentic, considering we are from Chennai/Erode, the taste was mind blowing. Reminded us of our hometown and mom’s cooking. The ambience of the restaurant is pleasant. All the staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Our favourite is the aadu chukka & chettinad thali. Kesari for dessert literally melts and ignites the taste buds. Overall was a lively experience and will visit again along with recommending to friends.

super comforting food, great and patient service. the bananas cooked in coconut milk are a surprising hit. very well balanced and tastier than it sounds!

Portions were on the smaller size, but very flavourful and gave a good kick in spice. If portions were bigger then it would be 5/5.Upon arrival the restaurant was quiet and the service was great because of this.

Food is very average for the prices. I was expecting authentic South Indian but not even close to it. Bread(paratha) was not freshly made and they used frozen . Vegetarian thali description in menu had aubergine curry, mixed veg curry , spinach lentil but I didn’t get any of it. There was no fresh vegetable curry in thali.I will not recommend this place .

Chettinad is authentic place for South Indian cuisine, we loved the food- spicy and yum. It matches with taste as we expected😍.Staff are polite, Ambience is good, clean place and toilets👏🏻Our menu as follows: starter -Mini masala dosa,Poriche Kolli, Lamb dish - Adu Chukka, it was awesome. Main-course Chettinadu Kolli, 🦐 Thokku- superb 😋Desert:Gulab Jamun 😍Drink: Mango Lassi 👍🏻The only thing that could have been improved was food portion could have been more for the price offered.

Amazing food! It was our first time with the southern Indianan food and it was fantastic! We had dosas and aadu and we recommend both. Also the service from Jay was perfect. Awesome!

·

Food was okay but not authentic 'South Indian'. The chicken biryani portion was small and the taste could have been better. The prawn starter was good. Not many options for Vegetarian. The ambience was good and a great customer service by Jey.

Some of the best South Indian food I have ever had, very friendly staff too and decent portion sizes.3 of us shared 2 dosas, a paneer starter and a biryani - our waiter split the Dosa beforehand which was very nice and good staff recommendations. Definitely will go again when I am in London!Bonus - try the Indian beers on the menu: Kingfisher or Cobra 👍🍺

Delicious spicy food. The flavours are truly memorable… my taste buds were tantalised! The service is super friendly and attentive (even on a Saturday night!). I will definitely return. I recommend the fish cooked in banana leaf… divine!
