Domino's Pizza in Camden

I have been a loyal Dominos customer across 4 states over the past 7 years and this location is the WORST. Rude workers, wrong orders, and terrible customer service.

Great. Prompt and accurate service. Nice variety. Very friendly staff. I will be ordering from Domino's quite often now. They were so helpful when I came home from having surgery. Thanks Domino's 😊

Pizza was barely warm when it arrived. Was mainly dough and cheese with almost no sauce. Wings had good flavor but size was pathetic. Finally, driver forgot my 2 liter, only saving grace is that he did offer to bring one back and he actually followed through... That is the reason for the one star instead of zero.

Relatively fast delivery, but... I don’t have enough digits on my hands to count how many times they didn’t give me marinara sauce with my sides (I even put “please remember marinara” in my delivery instructions, multiple times, actually every time, after the first time they forgot to include my marinara)To be fair, when I called them to tell them about the missing marinara, they usually offered me a free side for my next order… And then when I ordered my next order [with my free side,] although the side was free, they still forgot my marinara when they delivered it...This turned into a loop of me not getting the requested marinara, and also me and giving up on ordering from Domino’s.(Until I’m drunk enough to order something w/o requested sauce, obviously)= )

The pizza is always good, however, the wait times are EXTREMELY long! Be sure to add about 30 minutes to whatever time you are told to pick up you order.I was told that two employees walked out today 12/4/21, but what was the excuse the last time I was here?I was also told that my next medium pizza would be free when I came in last month. Of course, there was no record of that. I was told that just so would order again.If you can go somewhere else and get your pizza quickly, I would. I enjoy the taste, so I put up with the delays!

This is the second time that my domino's tracker indicated that the delivery driver left the store and took more than 20 to 30 minutes to deliver the pizza when the dominos store is about 2 minutes across the highway from where we live. Today the driver left the store at 3:03 and at 3:33 has not yet delivered the pizza, which I assume will be of a lesser quality (most likely colder)!!!!!

I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese, sausage and bacon. My pizza was cooked too long or something. The crust and the meat was burned and I could tell the wasn't extra cheese. I order from them often and always the same kind of pizza. Never again..going back to pizza huteven though its farther away.

Extremely frustrated. Tipped 20%... Ordered 8 items and half of them were not delivered on an over $60 order. I get you all are busy, but please make sure you deliver the entirety of an order and that it's timely. Over an hour to wait is bad.... Bad customer service. Oh and being put on hold over 4 minutes when I called back and you took my call immediately.... Yeah.... That was not good customer service in any way.

ordered from here before no problem. ordered this time waited an hour for the pizza, so i called for them to say they dont deliver. so i hung up told my cousin. so she called and it was because the last time we ordered they forgot a pizza so we called to complainthere so but hurt cuz they didnt do there job right and someone complained

You really can't beat how fast and cheap dominos is. They have a coupon for a large 3 - topping pizza for 7.99 and for 2 more dollars you can make it an extra large. I ordered using said coupon and it tasted great. Basically I made a meat lovers pizza. It had bacon, sausage and pepperoni on a Brooklyn style crust. It was pretty good. Took all of 15 minutes between ordering it and picking it up. Also they will bring it to your car now, which is nice.
