Domino's Pizza in Camden

I really like the pizzas from here. It was unfortunately closed yesterday so I chose to order from Kentish Town. I know I shouldn't complain about KT on the Camden store but it's just a little warning if you think the pizzas taste the same everywhere. The crust on the pizza in KT was very thin & hard. The crusts in Camden is always really nice & it's not hard at all. The pizzas in Camden are delicious!

The past 3 times I have ordered from here half my order has been missing. I called in the 2nd time and was told it would be sent out to me, 2.5 hours later still had t received it. I called for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one because there was no manager present but they could put a pizza on my account. I didn’t want this, I wanted my money back.

Very bad costumer service just rung to place an order and the guy who answered the phone was really rude did not even let me speak telling me that i need to go online as he can’t help me I always ordered over the phone do not let that gentleman answer the phone as you will lose a lit of costumers like me .

Since the store was opened we ordered quite recently but over the last couple of months the pizzas have been getting worse and worse from burnt topping , over cooked crusts and luke warm . Cheese garlic is a joke only 2 out of 4 slices have cheese on them and when I asked about having more cheese on it I was told we get 25g of cheese, I would be happy to pay extra but it’s not aloud . Online it shows the pizzas go through Quality control check but can sit there and then it gets cold . I would never send out a burnt pizza if he does look right. Can’t blame the delivery drivers for the problems with the pizza as they get here very quick . The problem is the Quality control check isn’t done quick enough before it’s sent out. Won’t be ordering from here again any time soon

The Margherita took nearly an hour to arrive from the time of ordering and arrived only Luke warm.

I have been ordering from here almost every week. But unfortunately the quality of pizza is very inconsistent. Domino won’t allow you to change to a different store which is frustrating. Today’s pizza is not fresh at all. They claim it is freshly made but literally did not feel the difference between a pizza from a supermarket and a pizza from here.

Terrible customer service. Asked to wait out side on footpath in the cold for 10 minutes while the customer area was empty. Photos shown on the door contradicts with 2 different messages. Only 1 customer allowed vs Max 2 people in the customer area. Photos attached. Not a very good customer service for a newly opened branch.

This Dominoes probably holds the record for the worst customer service in the UK, twice I rang tonight to order a pizza immediately put on hold for 17 mins and I gave up. I rang again and immediately put on hold 23 mins and I gave up. The revenue this business is losing must be huge. I no doubt have a unnecessary phone bill as a result. It is clearly a staff tactic to put customers on hold so they do not have to do any work or answer the phone. I ordered a pizza from this shop last week it did not arrive and I rang after 70 mins to be told the delivery guy had rang me back 3 times I told the staff member he was lying I had no missed calls and no messages. Utterly appalling customer service.

Food was good Delivery was amazing the delivery driver with green helmet called donel was so polite and nice 5 stars to him
