good selection and reasonable price but a bit stingy on the fillings when it's not premade

They seem like a grumpy pair but you won't meet another couple of the most nicest gentlemen anywhere around London, food's not bad either. I'd recommend earls any day of the week.

One of the best Cafes in London. I love this place and often eat here. Friendly staff and great food at reasonable prices.

Great sandwiches and food as a whole. Nice employee who helped with all of our special requests.

Escalope 'principe' sandwich was bland and greasy. Tea was not stirred and brimmed so it burnt me. And either the crisps are about 3 quid or they overcharged me. Great way to spend a tenner. Will buy 2 mcd's breakfasts next time.

I am traveling through London for the first time from the US and stopped here for an incredible breakfast sandwich on my way back from running an errand. Run by two very nice and cheerful guys in the morning. My sandwich came on a baguette perfectly toasted, with a little butter and local cheddar. It tasted like real homemade food, like a friend made it for you, not something pre-packaged from a fast food place. Served with a hot coffee and steamed milk. Really enjoyed it! Looks like they had a bunch of other good sandwiches too. Would go back all the time if I lived in this neighborhood.

A bit cheeky for a sandwich bar to charge 3 quid for a very average latte, average both in quantity and quality. A take away latte is one pound cheaper (the price of the having-in-latte was hardly readable, no surprise there). For that one pound extra one can sit on a basic aluminium chair. There are many other places around that offer better en cheaper coffee. Why are take aways cheaper anyway in this time of environmental awareness?

Best sandwich shop in London. Always fresh, quick and huge portions. Friendly staff, can tell it's a family run business, a rare find these days!

Lovely friendly privately run Italian café. No chain experience here. Good food and good value. Claudio and Sergio, the owners, will give you your money's worth and it is worth a visit to be served by Angelina the legend of Endell Street.

Favourite sandwich in London. Whopping great big chicken escalope baguette is the business if you are hungry. Chaps there always friendly and polite. Top sandwich joint, great value
