Managed to get a walk in on a busy Saturday lunchtime just before a theatre show around the corner. The staff were fantastic, greeted with a smile with frequent checks and drink top ups. The food was amazing (would highly recommend the roast aubergine) and couldn’t believe how generously priced everything was considering the location. Added bonuses were definitely the music taste inside and the free ice cream when leaving! Will gladly return to try more of the menu

Impressive plates served, however sometimes the sizes of the steak vary and you may end up with a larger quantity than the rest of your party. Staff were accommodating and polite, and the food and drink were very good. Some better ventilation would create an even better environment, as sometimes the smell of fat can linger around. 👍🏼

Loved this place! Went to the one in Soho but it was closed due to kitchen issues, either way we decided to give it a chance at the one in Bloomsbury since our hotel was nearby. I recommend the mushroom sauce, creamed spinach and garden salad to accompany your steaks. Food was delicious and the ice cream treat at the end was the cheery on top. Our server Veronica from Portugal was the best. Will definitely come back the next time im in London!

It was a lovely surprise to get popcorn as our starter and an ice-cream on our way out for free and they were delicious. We ordered ribeye, bavette, and flat iron steaks and all of them were delicious and came along with peppercorn sauce.

My wife and I visited today and enjoyed the overall experience. Our food was delayed for some reason but we were enjoying our cocktails and didn't really mind. However Petra the lady who served us came over and said the manager had waived off the cost for the bill as we were delayed. We were grateful. However after a bit of a wait our food arrived. There was a small issue with the chips and peppercorn sauce but nothing too bad. But the staff graciously changed the chips for us. In the end when we asked for the bill to our surprise Petra came over and said due to the wait and the couple of little issues the manager wanted the meal to be complimentary and on the house. On our way out we were even offered Ice cream! It just gives us a lot of confidence in the quality of service and food at flat iron! This gesture was unexpected and generous and shows the care that goes into the preparation of food and the standard they endeavour to maintain. Would go back here again! Thanks to Petra and the other lovely lady who looked after us kindly!

Great steak in London for just 12 pounds, good selection of cocktails, beers, wine, sides and a very nice atmosphere for a date or dinner with mates. Difficult getting a booking during peak times so book in advance, would 100% recommend to anyone in London!

I know they are a chain but OM Gosh what a incredible place to eat. They have hit the nail on the head, simple menu, just a few choices so not to confuse use meat wise, add the sides, again not so many yer brain is muddled!! And then sit and wait for the most succulent and tasty cut of steak.They were so good I had 2 could have eadily had 3 Flat Irons.The sides were so tasty too especially the creamed spinach and the cauliflower was lush.Highly recommended these joints, great tasty simple choice food, great friendly service and you get popcorn on the go while you wait and a ice cream to go when you leaveFLAT IRON PLEASE COME TO BOURNEMOUTH.... Price for the steak alone is cheaper than most steak places, but the steak is delicious and tasty! 🥩 The soda is nice 👍 there's free ice cream from the machine you can redeem with the 'little knife souvenir' after you paid 🍦😁However, food menu option limited, only 1 steak option. Table reservation not available, steak is not enough to get full, definitely needs to order other things.But because of the tasty steak and the price, I will give it 5 stars 👍🌟

Flat Iron is one of my favourite chains in London. Good steak, great atmosphere and amazing service. They make sure you feel special with suprise perks here and there (like take-away ice cream for free when you ask for the bill in the summer), but for me the biggest point here is that they always get the steak right. Medium rare is my thing and I've never been disappointed there. The sides are good and portions are generous. The drinks menu is very good too.
