Food is good, but they just can't be bothered with reasonable requests. I phoned to order a pizza, asked if they had a specific extra they usually have but couldn't find on UberEats this time, they said they had it, I said I was willing to pay for it by paying for another extra of the same price if they were willing to swap for the extra I wanted. They said the manager didn't agree without providing a reason. I mean, just why? It would cost them nothing...

Like most of franco manca, it’s pretty goodBeing close to home, I’ve been here multiple timesBut to be honest there are a couple of waiters who are really not professional, in Italian we’d say “svogliati”Part of this mediocre experience was this kind of pizza we received… I’d say it was not really done with care

Best pizzas in town! I have a dairy allergy therefore is very complicated for me to eat pizzas anywhere because of the cheese. Every time I order a pizza with Franco Manca Kentish Town I call them on the phone and I speak with Claudio, one of the chefs, to tell them about my allergy. He is always super nice and professional and makes my pizza without cross contamination so I can eat pizza happy and safe (they also add a delicious touch with potatoes) Thank you!

It's a great place with its addictive name, original, stylish and lovely at the same time. Great food, GREAT and affordable stone baked pizza on sourdough base, and all nicely served in its original way.Right in front of Kentish Town station, so you know what you gonna do next after arrival!

The restaurant itself and and atmosphere was great. Friday night was buzzing with people jandthe staff did very well to manage the quantity of people.One thing to note is the staff do not come to attend for you. On the plus side, it means you are enjoying your time there without constant distractions.On the downside, it is difficult to get the server's attention....Also, the knives given are not sharp at all and you have to force your way through the pizza.Give customers proper knives...we are not 3 years old...
