A cozy place at a convenient location, signage shows fish & chips while menu has more like tuna steak, wraps & several appetizers. Portion is good, chips come in thick size that I like. Tuna steak is a thick one & well cooked inside out. A home made chilly sauce is wonderful.

Good fish and chips but expensive and most annoying of all is that they do not return change. It is not the amount but the principle. If a meal is advertised for £5.99 and £6 is paid, the change is never returned. This has been an issue for as long as I can remember. Asking for the change back is met with disbelief.

Very unfriendly staff. When we arrived the waiter gave us the menus with out saying anything like a hello, good afternoon or whatever. Food was not too bad but also not amazing. Not recommend this place for a fish and chips in London.

Great food and great people just a an amazing lunch here. With a breeze from the outdoor seating. I'll definitely I'll come here more often and here's a taste of the tasty food I've just had 5 stars

Need to use the place again to give a balanced opinion. The takeway shop part is separate from the restaurant and easy to order from, and the chips were really good. However the cod was a touch tough so may have been from the previous day(?), also the price was top-end for West End. Next time I will ask if fish is freshly cooked, if not then a pie might be a better option....
