Lovely, family owned Japanese restaurant. Super friendly staff. Generous portions. Great tasting food. Extensive menu of dishes. Wish we had discovered this place sooner.

This is my favorite Japanese spot in London. Generous portions and great honest cooking style. Everything we have tried here has been delicious - and their gyoza is just like home made! 👍

Me and my friend went to this restaurant yesterday and had really great experience. The food was really good as a Japanese I think they truly kept the authentic teste of the Japanese food. I been this country for long time was really missing the real teste of my food, this restaurant gave me a nice reminder on the memory lane.Sashimi was really freash and the tempura was the star dish of the evening. They have variety of sake drink collection some of them are really rare. The service was very friendly but it took little while to get the food but it's understandable because of the nature of the food as it take long to prepare. I would definitely recommend it to all. If you want to get a real teste of Japan's food please visit there you will love it.

This is honestly the best Japanese restaurant in London. The staff are so friendly and the food is always amazing. Not too expensive but it's worth every penny. If you want proper Japanese, please try Ikura

It's not the most obviously positioned restaurant. However, I have been there many times. Always a delight. Especially the raw salmon, which goes beyond what words can express. I love the green tea ice-cream, which is my favourite. I definitely recommend chicken teriyaki or curry, although it may not be to everyone's taste.♥️ If asked what I would want more of, it would be for them to have ramen and milk tea. That would be amazing!

Took well over two hours to arrive, despite constant assurances that it was 'on its way, the driver just left' when we called after an hour, and again when we called 20 mins later. When it arrived, the grilled fish was stone cold, as though it had been in the fridge. The sushi was uninspiring. Summary: repeatedly lied to us, served inedible, cold food, took well over two hours to deliver

This is the most amazing resturaunt I have ever been to, I would definitely recommend this to others, if you do not go to this resturaunt then you are missing out on the most amazing resturaunt ever!!! There are absolutely no flaws in this resturaunt!👍👍🏻👍🏼👍🏽👍🏾👍🏿

Well it seems the reviews have severely gone downhill over the years, and I'm afraid to say my addition is not going to boost their ratings much. I really don't want to be mean but (I'm going to be)... this was by far the worst sushi experience I've ever had. I decided to give it a try because of the previous good reviews displayed here. I ordered vegetarian sushi rolls (4 pieces), there were two on the plate that were adequate (anyone could have made the same - if not better - at home however) but the other two had completely fallen apart (like all over the plate)!! To disguise this they just stuffed a bunch of lettuce in the middle of the 'sushi' pieces in an attempt to try and make it look pretty (I know it's veggie sushi but big leafs of lettuce?!? C'mon!). The result was just very poor tasting bits of rice, pepper and chewy nori. The service was also for lack of a better word - shite. Don't order the deep fried shrimp either, it's way too expensive and is not restaurant quality, it's street food at best (heads and all).Never going to eat here again and neither should you. Go to nandos instead.

Bad. Very bad japanese restaurant.We went based on a recommendation from a friend. She told me it would be a great place to get good Japanese food at a reasonable price The fish doesn t melted in your mouth and it doesn t tasted really fresh.The poor service nothing special,and so expensive for what you get. Really don t recommend it for anybody. A bad experience.

...It was not memorable. At all. Food wasn't as good as I expected (I was taken there by someone who'd only had fabulous experiences there) but it also wasn't dire. Service was decent - but again, nothing special. Not even a good looking waiter or waitress to ogle!Pretty presentation and nice minimalistic decor though.
