Never been to an Honest Burger - so glad I did ! Absolutely delicious fresh quality tasting burger served with incredible rosemary chips…. AND the staff in Camden Lock were so nice (glad customer service still exists)I will definitely be back :))))“This no ordinary burger; this is an Honest Burger”

One of the best burgers I've had. Really juicy and tasty. Customer service was kind too. The only room for improvement I would suggest is for Honest Burgers to get a more spacious location in Camden that doesn't have half a door to enter through.

20 customers, 5 staff, and they all still seemed rushed.The staff were lovely people, and helpful, just difficult to catch their attention. My guess is poorly managed and untrained.The burgers are surprisingly small, with the thinnest bit of cheese, and a morsel of sauce.And I was ill afterwards.Follow up from staff was good as a discount was given.

The "cheese truck" is the best Honest Burger ever. Deep fried mozzarella ❤

They do burgers....they do them extremely well, cooked to perfection and taste divine. One of the best burgers I have ever had.The rosemary fries were exactly that, you could taste the rosemary and were excellent. Also had a side order of onion rings which were again brilliant.Staff very friendly and manged to sit inside as it was quite cold, only a small indoor seating area but lots of out door seating about that is covered. If you want a good burger and in the area.....I would only come here as food, quality, service and value were top notch.

Very good burgers. Every bite was tasty and flavourful, very well done. The place is nicely decorated and has a cozy warm vibe. They were very nice and service was excellent. The rosemary in the fries was not necessary in my opinion but they were tasty nonetheless.

I'm a Texan on vacation across the pond and this is hands down one of the best dang burgers I have had! Friendly staff, neat little hole in the wall place.

This is a tiiiiiny place, not somewhere you'd really want to sit in to eat.The burger was great! Just a regular beef one with onion relish which worked well with the brioche bun.The chips aren't actually "rosemary chips", they're just regular packaged frozen and then deep fat fried chips with a bit of salt mixed with rosemary on top. I got way too many that didn't actually contain potato, so that's definitely advertised far more highly than it should be.The burger being the main focus though, I would definitely return, and go for a double patty next time.

Was with a friend, the manager made us sit on a bar table with stools inspite of there being a vacant table. The reason was that it was a 4 seater table and they would give it to their imaginary customers rather than catering to the customer infront of them!I said it once and he said it’s a table for 4 sorry!The stools were super uncomfortable so I had to ask the other staff, when she requested he said the same thing. We sat uncomfortably for 10 mins just looking at an empty table.Anyway, the girl finally convinced him but the twist was to give us a table outside. It was chilly but we just accepted it cause we wanted proper seats!Now the food:Over priced!The plant burger was pretty average… I don’t know why I was expecting so much!They are famous for there rosemary fries but TBH, it didn’t really make much difference to the taste.The gin n tonic was more tonic than the gin!Overall, sad experience. I hope the other outlets at least have a sweet staff!
