Food was lovely and service was good.Waiter tried to scam us! We asked for the bill as we were in a rush to leave for a show. Bill came and waiter tried asked if we had any cash for tips. I said no but can add 10% to total bill by card .He would try to talk and distract you while you were checking the bill, which was also mentioned in other comments.As soon as I paid, we thought the price was a bit too high for what we ordered. We asked for the bill to be brought back to be checked as they removed it as soon as they could. It turned out they already included a 12.5% service charge in the bill (handwritten badly, messy and small + the aforementioned distraction), and then also asked us to pay additional tips.We challenged on that 12.5% bill item and they claimed it was tax!We would have asked for the tip AND that service charge back but because we really couldn’t miss the important show. AVOID AVOID AVOID.The waiter tries to be nice and talkative etc only to distract you from dodgy items on the bill!

Nice service, and the portion sizes were big enough to take some home and have finish for dinner. We had the chicken tikka masala and the tandoori butter chicken, with mango lassis. I personally found the chicken tikka masala a bit too sweet, but the tandoori butter chicken was excellent. Both weren't spicy at all but still very good. It's also very close to Kings Cross station, so it's a convenient place to grab lunch/dinner on the way.

The ambience of the restaurant is great and it is situated very near to the Kings cross station in the City. Coming to food, except for the name there is nothing close to Indian cuisine taste. The spice is missing and the biryani tastes like fried rice. I can only suggest this restaurant if you want to eat the London tasted Indian varieties.

The price in the place is reasonable but the food isn't anything special. the service is very bad, me and my partner were still eating when someone came and began to take the plates. We had ordered from the set menu and were suppose to get ice cream as the desert, we saw one of the people working buying the ice cream from a nearby shop whilst we were still waiting. The portion size they gave was humiliating. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there, you would rather pay abit extra and get good service and better food, than pay less and be in an unprofessional place. Wouldn't go again.

Very good restaurant overall, the food was really good, very tasty, my wife had the chicken massala and I had the chicken mango, with naan cheese and rice. The waiters were really welcoming and attentive to our needs, they are really friendly with everyone!However we had two problems that make you lose 2 stars. The first is the drink, we ordered two large mango juices thinking that it was going to be a good quality juice considering the price (5pounds each), but it was quite the opposite as we saw the waiter walk past us with two Rubicon brand mango juices from the grocery store next door, I was shocked at the lack of professionalism firstly and secondly to think that I had paid 5 pounds for it! Lower the price or make real juice please ...Second problem was the service charge (15%), I was surprised by my bill, so I asked the waiters why the price was higher, they told me that there was a service charge, that it was written... okay it's written in small letters at the bottom, and it's the first time that I pay a service charge in England, and it was 6pound... Make sure to check your bill !!Anyway good quality food, great service and nice decoration where you feel good, thanks anyway.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, the interior gives a warm effect with the multiple colored chandeliers and the waiters were really friendly towards all the customers present the customer service is really present I have nothing to say about it it shows that the servers take great care of their customers with a little attention for everyone it was very nice.We ordered two mango fruit juices at £ 5 each we waited long enough to get our drinks to finally see one of the waiters cross the room with bricks of Rubicon fruit juice that you can find everywhere the problem is not the fruit juice itself but the fact of being charged £ 5 for an industrial juice, industrial juice which is not specified on the menu we expect when seeing mango juice to be real fruit juice or at least to good fruit juice for this price we expected a minimum of quality unfortunately the quality was not at the rendezvous especially since it is not at all professional to see the waiters come out to come back with their bricks and cross the room with them.When paying we did not understand the amount so we asked and the waiter explained to us that they apply a service tax that they put in small print only at the end of the menus not very correct it would be necessary put forward to avoid surprises for future customers in the futureDespite our unpleasant surprise with our drink the food arrived quite quickly the dishes were really excellent, the seasoning was nickel it was not too spicy, the meat was very tender. About the food we really had nothing to say everything was perfect. Eating Indian always puts everyone in agreement you can eat here without problem all the dishes which are on their cards were tempting do not hesitate if you want to eat in a good restaurant it's not too expensive and it's good 👍🏻
