Itsu in Camden

I will never come back. Horrible service. They were so rude, even aggresive at the time to close. They literally kicked us out, no only to me, also every one at the restaurant, although we still eating. Needed to take my unfinished plate and get out. The security men was menacing every one. Horrible experience.

Yeah, Ok, Covid and all that, but whats the actual reason for completely removing the person to person checkout? This seems like such a backwards decision and not as "customer friendly" as you might think. Collecting the food from the chilled section and then having to again select the chosen items from the checkout screens was just an unnecessary addition to the checkout process. This process would make sense if you had to actually prepare the food in the kitchen and the customer had to wait, there is no need for this complexity.It doesn't help that the person behind the counter (where the checkout should actually be) was rude. You expect better from ITSU Staff.The absolute cherry on the top of this experience, was the over priced and, quite frankly, flavourless "sushi" that's being sold. It was bland and not enjoyed. The avocado was not ripe and very firm. Unfortunately the avocado is in 90% of the choices so there no getting around that. Standards have certainly slipped.Wasabi is just down the road, save your money, time and most importantly, tastebuds.

Reasonable price Clean environment But the tofu in the miso soup was way too much salty

Terrible service. They’ve introduced these screens so can’t communicate your order. I paid to eat in and instead if a bowl i was given take away equipment. I ordered water and the girl stared blankly at me and told me to collect it myself from the fridge. Poor customer experience. No apology.

Fantastic. I had chicken teriyaki and rice with a soft egg. Absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked and nutritional too. Will recommend to all

I always visit Itsu for a quick bite of Sushi. Inexpensive, good quality and really nothing to complain about.

Always clean, polite staff, fresh food, good low carb and high protein options, hot and cold. Veggies and vegans will also find plenty to choose from.

Nice alternative to unhealthy fast food. Food was fresh and a good selection of fish, meat or vegetarian options.

Takeout from here. Sushi was pretty subpar - rice was not soft, hard to chew, tasted unfresh.Edamame not that good either.
