Easily the best Greek restaurant in the area, and there is a lot of competition. A recent rebrand and redecoration has added to what was already a hospitable atmosphere, with authentic food and great service. Pick anything off the menu and you'll do well, but for large groups I recommend meze which is excellent value for money and really accentuates the Greek experience.

Quality ingredients, tasty food and welcoming staff. Andromeda was a safe and easy Greek option.

This restaurant was amazing! Delicious food, so many options, fantastic wine, really well priced, and extremely bougie inside!? (Very unexpected actually..) enthusiastic and passionate waiters (especially dionysis). Highly recommend and will definitely come many more times!

Had a lovely afternoon in Andromeda as usual. Wonderful food, and exceptional service. Can't wait for my next visit!

Having lived in London 33 years, I knew this restaurant existed, always wanted to visit, now I regret not coming sooner. There are thousands of trendy, go to places in this city, most are all style over substance. This place gives a you a warm Cypriot/Greek hug, rarely found these days.No frills or fanciness, they know what they are doing and do it well. It is like stepping back in time but that is not a bad thing. It makes you feel like and old friend you met in a taverna in Ayia Napa. The food is as Greek/Cypriot as you can get. Generous, well cooked and delicious. The Dolmades are divine but the Kleftiko is the star, a very slow cooked large piece of lamb cooked till it completely falls off the bone.Rice is cooked in stock with tiny slivers of pasta. To be honest it is all of a very high standard. The prices are extremely reasonable. This is not art on a plate. You will need a hefty appetite, leaving full, satisfied with a warm glow, The music will stay in your head and adds to the atmosphere.I brought a friend for his birthday on Thursday lunch, decided to return yesterday with another friend, both loved it.The staff are welcoming, lovely and a joy. This place is just what it says on the tin. If any one criticizes they have never eaten great food in a Greek/Cypriot restaurant before..

Had a very enjoyable lunch for a reasonable price. Just perfect and hit the spot. I’m bias because I love Greece and Greek food but I really couldn’t fault what I just ate. Thank you Karavas!

Staff 5 - The waiting staff power duo was so welcoming that for them alone this restaurant deserves a 5 star review.Food 2 - The food is what you expect from a traditional Greek restaurant, moussaka, grilled meats, etc. generally acceptable but never exciting. Decor 1 - What was truly disappointing was to see how tired and old fashioned this restaurant is, it is so stuck in the 1970s (skip the toilets). With so many exciting places on the Camden High St, just a block away, one wonders: what does Karavas have going for it?

Had a superb night on 9th September to celebrate my birthday with close friends and family, food and service was excellent the quality and portions were very good , wine a bit pricey but overall a very friendly restaurant, would highly recommend, would defo visit again, Noticed they do Sunday roast for £11.50 will try that for sure

We have had the most amazing time here! Delicious food, generous portions, most friendly and professional service. You can even dine outdoors while safely sheltered against the rain. This restaurant is a gem! It has been our first visit, but we will be back for sure.
