Went during the outdoor rule for restaurants, so had to sit outside which was fine since the weather was nice. However, the food was a big let down, there were not many choices of toppings for the pizza, so ended up getting a spinach. The pizza was really oily/greasy and tasted bad. My friend who ordered a different topic, was also not very impressed with the taste and complained about it being too oily as well.

I dont like to leave negative reviews but this was a poor standard of food at a frankly ludicrous price. My £10 starter was two mediocre sausages, some flavourless cheese and slimy mushrooms. My pizza was fine but at nearly £20 (admittedly with an extra topping) was still too pricey. There's a lot of amazing street food in Camden and I'd suggest checking that out instead.

25th feb updated review follow Shaz’s reviewMy partner and myself do not write reviews; however, as new parents we have been left feeling it is our duty to warn other families of the lack of safety and unprofessional nature of the restaurant staff. We have nothing to benefit from writing this review; however, the lies and fabrications in the restaurants reply is astounding. From the restaurants reply they have demonstrated again a lack of remorse and empathy for the incident which took place on their premises. At no point within the restaurants reply have they addressed the negligence of their staff or apologised for the events which took place. The restaurant implies they are family friendly; however, at no point has the restaurant implied how they will improve to prevent such incidents taking place again. The restaurant fails to address the need for further training of the waitress in question to enable her to competently provide a safe service within the restaurant’s surrounding for its alleged family clientele. Furthermore, the restaurants reply does not address the rude and verbally aggressive behaviour of the manager on the night, which used intimidation. Whilst the manager was abruptly ripping up the dry cleaning agreement he wrote whilst rudely asking two worried parents to leave the restaurant, as we were arranging our own transport to A+E as we are within a pandemic with stretched services. The other staff members using bullying tactics behind him to which their intentions are unclear.Their reply is not a response to improve their service but an attack on a mother and her family. The restaurant only refunded the money after I had to inform the restaurant I would be taking legal action. From the passive aggressive reply please make your own judgment on who is telling the truth. As we didn’t ask for the reimbursement for the whole cost of the pram but only the carrycot which stunk of alcohol however the waitress insinuated it was non-alcohol. Therefore, we have not benefited from any additional items, only the money back for the items damaged by the restaurant which was agreed before any items were purchased. We have supporting evidence to support our true accounts.

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!If I could give minus stars I would. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!My partner, newborn and myself attended this restaurant; only to have an incompetent waitress drop an ice cold alleged mocktail into our child’s pram, all over our newborn. Our child’s clothing, pram and it’s contents were entirely soaked and stained. The waitress didn’t apologise or show any remorse. My partner and I had to ask numerous times for clarification on the drinks content which stunk of alcohol. The manager on the night handled the situation disgracefully and unprofessionally. He became rude and verbally aggressive (he ripped up the initial written agreement and informed us that we should of stayed at home with our newborn and demanded we leave the premises) when we kindly asked him to sign and date the initial written agreement to which he agreed to dry clean the pram due to his staff member’s negligence.Upon contacting numerous dry cleaners we was informed they would be unable to remove the fabric from the carrycot as the base contained plastic. Therefore, our new pram and it’s contents were ruined and made unsuitable and unsafe for our newborn which should not be subjected to inhale such fumes as the pram stunk of alcohol. Due to the events which took place we had to attend A+E as our child became unwell. On my partner returning to the restaurant a different manager agreed to refund the cost of the carrycot. Which my partner and I felt was only fair as the carrycot could not be dry cleaned and was ruined due to this staff member’s negligence. However when we contacted head office they made it extremely difficult by making unreasonable requests; such as asking to confiscate our pram before making the refund. Demanding the receipts in person. However, on attending the restaurant the individual from head office was not present on the 1st visit but then later agreed for another staff member to retrieve the receipts on the second visit; which we found peculiar. Then the alleged head office stated the online receipt for the replacement carrycot was not sufficient and demanded an invoice. The conduct of the head office was extremely rude and passive aggressive. It took them over a month to refund the damage caused by their staff. They showed no empathy or care toward the situation and made the incident more stressful. IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL NIGHT DO NOT ATTEND THIS RESTAURANT. THEY ARE NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY although they claim to be on their advertisement. The head office does not care about the conduct of their staff. DO NOT GO HERE!

The place was practically empty on a Saturday evening, which speaks for itself. Despite that, we had very little attention from the staff, but I do appreciate many restaurants are struggling with staffing issues at the moment. The food was OK, but the portion I had was really small and I actually ended up going out for something else to eat afterwards. I might have stayed for more food if the staff had come to our table to ask, rather than setting up a dozen trays of tap water (and then failing to being us the water we'd asked for with our drinks). The customers on the table next to us left without ordering. Pretty disappointing all in all.

Lovely little gem that we found accidentally the other night whilst exploring Camden for the first time. Excellent service and many thanks to Matteo (if I spelled it correctly) for his wonderful serving, attention to detail and friendly banter!! It made our little dinner experience all the more memorable and definitely returning soon!

We are from Manchester so Rossopomodoro isn't our local eat out spot. However, after discovering it on a previous trip to London a couple of years ago, we haven't had a trip to London without a visit (sometimes several visits) to Rossopomodoro since.Camden was the first branch we discovered and have eaten at a couple of the others but find this our favourite. It's an authentic Italian restaurant which serves incredible food with friendly staff offering amazing service. What is not to love?My partner and I are huge pizza fans and he has recently taken an interest in making his own pizzas at home so when I discovered that Rossopomodoro had pizza making masterclasses it was an opportunity we couldn't miss.Pepè was the host, very charismatic and paid a lot of attention to his guests ensuring that everyone was comfortable and understood. No stone was left unturned and he pulled out all the stops to ensure everyone had a great evening.Giacomo was the pizza chef who demonstrated what we needed to do and again paid a lot of attention to make sure everyone understood and would go over steps multiple times if anyone was unsure. He would come and check the dough multiple times throughout the session to ensure you had the right consistency and if you didn't, he would explain what was missing and show you how to get it just right. Now this man can stretch a pizza faster than you can say Mama Mia but he slowed the process right down so we could follow each individual step.Following the class we enjoyed a lovely 3 course meal (included in the price of the masterclass). The 3 course meal was on a set menu but there was plenty of choice. I had Brushetta to start which was packed with flavour. I then had a margarita pizza for main, the base is light and fluffy cooked in a traditional wood fired pizza oven - heaven! Followed by bakewell tart ice cream, I was skeptical as my usual ice cream choice is vanilla (boring I know) but this was amazing! If you haven't been to Rossopomodoro you need to! Amazing food and lovely friendly staff make it a must.I would also massively recommend the pizza masterclass it's a fun evening for a great price. I would definitely take part in one again on another visit to London.

Usual amazing Rossopomodoro quality. They also organize Pizza Masterclass to learn how to do your pizza!Update: I visited after a while and i love the new menu with pizza al padellino. Staff is always so kind and attentive. Thanks and happy Pride 🏳️‍🌈

the pizza 🍕 was brilliant I had a cocktail 🍸that was lovely the service was excellent the staff couldn't be more efficient friendly and helpful as we can only eat outside due to covid when it got a bit cold they offer everyone a blanket incredible nice

Reserved a table and I was 10 minutes earlier, however, they failed to ask the customers to leave and free the table for me on time. Although they did offer a free liquor as a compensation for the extra 15 minutes waiting, it was not a pleasant 25 mins wait under a cold and windy weather with a hunger. Both pizza and pasta are alright, pasta is a bit too “Al Dante” but the flavour is pretty good and special. The meat ball pizza is like I’m eating a burger, interesting. Portion is for girls not for guys. I may or may not go back.
