Kfc camden high road in Camden

Probably one of the worst KFCs I've been to. Always extremely busy and overcrowded, self-service machines rarely work properly. Staff are helpful but overall an unpleasant experience.

Absolutely disgusting, food got returned, all open from another customer and staff tried to give them to me, after being open plus with Covid going around.I asked for fresh produce and was told this was fresh, so asked for a full refund instead.Absolutely disgusting service and behaviour by the staff, the manager just laughed and refunded me. Hopefully the refund comes through.No wonder the establishment has so many negative reviews. After seeing what I seen, I wouldn’t even give this food to my dog.

Such a bad service provided by the lady on the till. Food was not that good as others KFC...Too many workers in the kitchen... talking between them while second floor (where tables are) everything is dirty and in a big mess.. they could stop talking and do something upstairs... because its really disgusting to eat ovwr there... even floor is very slippery... BECAREFUL.TOILETS ARE CLOSE? WHY?Not really a good place to go... THE WORST.

Terrible people to attend you. They don't give you any support for your drink o takeaway. You ask for another bag and they are look for you like is nothing with them. Disgusting

Very fast preparation, got the order in less than 2 minutes. Staff at the counters was are very friendly. The dine in tables are on the first floor accessible by lift and stairs. The washroom was out of order. Overall good place for a quick bite. !

AVOID...Terrible im furious i saw the staff frying same chips again and again i told the manager he just didnt want to admit iti told him see your cctv the chips was over fried my popcorn was like stones my chickin strips was all dark and hard none of it was freshmy kids usually finish it all they love kfcthese lot are ruining the brandThe staff not taking ther job seriously

Such a lovely staff at camden high street KFC. I was served by an Indian girl who is an gem to the store and another indian man who came out the way to provide extraordinary customer service, I think they both are students. I wish them good luck.

Guys all the time I come in there to order something, or even when I order it via Uber Eats, it has so be something wrong in it… either they didn’t understood the whole order, either they miss to add two drinks, either different sauce. Or even the waiting in a Thursday noon is just an embarrassment for the KFC brand with those kind of staff from KFC Camden

Surprised and Happy to find halal KFC in CAMDEN Town. Thank you, KFC!To be honest, family Bucket Chicken was delicious. Soft and succulent.Portion's were decent. Service was very good and prompt. Didn't have to wait for long even though it was busy. Staff were friendly.The chips unfortunately were soggy and cold.Not much seating upstairs and it would be helpful if they had an extra toilet. Queue was long and there was a 10 minute wait continuously.Although small was happy to see a lift for prams and disabled people.

Very well done. Customer service is on point. Waiting time was not too long and I ate there at lunch time (around 1.30pm). The restaurant was clean. This branch is 100% halal, as evidenced by my photos. I bought a fully loaded meal with a zinger tower burger, the piece of chicken was a thigh and the side was beans. The staff member who served me didn't hear me say i wanted to make the burger a tower so I had to remind her just before the order was fully prepared. Also she never asked for my reward card. Other than these 2 small issues the experience was a pleasant one and only missed out on the 5 star rating because of this. There is seating available upstairs with a disabled toilet and hot and cold running water. There is also a lift for wheelchair users to gain access to the toilet and seating area. Although the branch is small in size it is adequate in my opinion for its purpose. The venue has been redecorated and refitted recently and its evident in its overall appearance.
