Nice staff, nice place, good prices. Thanks!

I have no idea why others rated it 5 stars and others rate it 3 or 2 stars but my experience with a burger was horrible, I had the worst burger in London. Meat tasted like cardboard, the bun was dead cold and the chips ware overcooked. When I called the waitress to take the burger back to the cook she acted normal, nobody came to ask me what’s wrong with that burger, why did I sent it back. Maybe they sell the food that comes back from customers or i don't know what they do. If anyone from the pub’s Management reads this, call me at any given time and I promise you I will cook a great burger

Great place! Good vibe! Very friendly staff! Didn't eat but food looked good! Even saw a boat go through the lock!! Will try food next time!!

Interesting venue with 3 floors and a variety of entertainment on showcase (such as karaoke & funzing talks). Great location right by the canal, you can watch the narrowboats go through the loch. Good variety of beers, too. Not the cleanest establishment, however.

We watched two of the 2018 World Cup games here. The staff were great (considering how busy the bar was); there was a comprehensive, well-optioned and affordable menu; a good selection of drinks and the ambiance was great. The upstairs bar had a bright and a temperate environment - great to have the doors open with the heat, and a nice outdoor seating area.Pleasantly surprised. Would definitely come in again, even without the world Cup!

Me and my mum came here 1 August 2015 after we had finished shopping in the market. We shouldn't even have bothered. We asked for two cocktails, a heaven and a peach punch from on of the male bar staff who looked at us like we were aliens and then told us we would have to ask one of the female staff as he didn't know how to make them. We then had to wait to ask a female member of staff who rather than make the drinks we had ordered seemed to enjoy having a chat with her fellow colleagues.I don't expect staff to never talk to each other but don't stand there and have a chin wag whilst we are waiting for our £7 drinks! After over 15 minutes of waiting we didn't even know which drink was which and whatever one I had was okay but wasn't something to shout about. The toilets were small and cramped, no toilet roll, water all over the floor with an over powering smell of an incense stick burning, alone might I add.All in all, if your desperate to start the drinking festivities I would say avoid, over priced drinks and a slow service. Such a shame as well because it is placed overlooking the lock which is lovely to sit outside on a hot day.*On Trip Advisor

Nice atmosphere and bar supervisor (blond lady) was great, she was compensating for the poor service from her collegues. Food was fast and great. We were having a fabulous afternoon until we visited the toilets. These were festival standard, disgusting condition. £22.50 for a bottle of Prosecco, I expect to not want to be sick when I go to the toilet.

Terrible Experience. The red wine tasted like it had been opened for days. I asked how many shrimp came in the garlic and seasoned shrimp appetizer and the waitress didn't know nor did she offer to find out. I ordered it anyways and it turned out to be shrimp from a can with neither any garlic or seasoning. It was not edible at all so I left it even though I paid 10lbs for it ($16). I wish I would have taken a photo to post with this review.

They don't really serve tables at busy times (1st floor). We had to write down our order ourselves and take it to the counter. Paying in advance was required. After about 30 mins plates arrived at the table over a period of 10 mins (for 7 people). 2 dishes were missing. After the others had finished their meal we asked about the missing plates. Eventually we had to get them ourselves at the kitchen. The last 2 meals were cold. No compensation was offered. 2 stars for a nice atmosphere and tasty meals.

Downstairs toilets were absolutely disgusting, and stunk. food that arrived was cold or lukewarm and the waitress who brought them over was very rude, impatient and sarcastic.I was with a group of people who didn’t speak English and since they have no system of table numbers and where food was going she rudely asked us if the food was ours and I tried to ask them. After putting it down she loudly and sarcastically said “okay! You’re welcome!” However the other staff we spoke to were lovely. But sadly that ruined the experience for us.
