This McDs used to be the only one worth visiting in Kings Cross but on this occasion they were a shambles. They couldn't even read out order numbers correctly misreading at least 5 numbers in the 10 mins I was by the counter. Something has seriously gone wrong here.

The experience was amazing, I've never been before in a McDonald's, such a exclusive restaurant. I'm sure I will come again as soon as possible.

The customer service was great. Really nice guy. Food was fine. Didnt give it 5 stars as a beggar came in asking for money. He was soon turned away.

For such a busy McDonald's there aren't enough self-service tills. It gets quite crammed, more than I personally felt comfortable with given the situation these days.Assuming there wasn't any pandemic it would be nice with a few additional tills and more ordering space, though I'm not sure how you'd do that without tossing out space for seating.It might just be busy enough you'll be better off going with take-away.

Surprisingly fast service despite crowded store. Much faster than the ex-wendys McDonald's nearby which has no screens for ordering.

Stopped off on my way home on the train.The food was as you would expect.However, since starting deliveries for various companies.....The waiting times for meals seems to have increased.Sadly, convenience has bred laziness at mealtimes.

Think they prefer card payments and pre-order system because it takes ages to pay in cash. Another gentleman and I waited 4/5 minutes before we were served, as we were paying cash. Oh and the milk shake machine wasn't working but that seems to happen at most McDonald's.

Staff absolutely amazing always smiling and polite. Clean and well maintained. Place was empty when I went . I couldn't get the WiFi to work for some reason . But all in all a nice experience

Kings cross McDonald is very busy store as situated in the stations 😊. Friendly n lovely staffs, quite clean store as some is always cleaning as you go 😁. I'm giving 4 stars as being in a busy place they are only ground floor area to sit surprisingly

Busy!Called in at lunchtime to get the children a quick bite to eat after visiting the Lego store and from the outside it appeared very busy.Long queues outside were being managed by a member of staff, a one in, one out basis and requesting that you sanitise before entering, all makes sense given the current times.Inside it felt busy but we found that after a visit to the toilets on the lower floor there were plenty of empty tables and very few people down there.Food came quickly despite the queues and was as you'd expect with a McDonald's.
