Be aware this place, the staff make you fill uncomfortable as they are rude!!! There are so many good places to eat around here with nice staff that are polite.

Went to get breakfast this morning it was brilliant when your not from here so we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at your place and the dog enjoyed her sausage too

Great spot for lunch in West Hampstead if your looking for a sandwich or roll. The two guys running the place are gentlemen. Always up for a chat. Keep up the good work guys.

The staff are extremely friendly. The bacon rolls are normally what I get, and they’re really tasty, the bacon isn’t too fatty so very thankful for that. Overall nice little place for a bite on the go

I've been working in West Hampstead for 6 months now. I walk past here every day, but never tried anything as it smells very greesy. Finally I thought ill try it as its always has customers. I got a sausage and cheese In a roll with a little mustard for breakfast. Was heavenly amazing.I definitely will be eating here more often. Think next will be sausage and egg on a roll.Friendly staff

Fresh authentic sandwiches with super friendly staff and also independent. I come here most weekends for breakfast and always have a good chat with Mr. Gingham himself.

I will tell you all something for free, Mr Ginghams BLT bagel at precisely 9:25am on a Friday morning gets me through the week. From the beautifully glazed and light toasted bagel, to the fresh iceberg lettuce and seasonally fresh tomato with a generous strip of succulent bacon topped off with a health dollop of Mayo is one of life’s many delights. 10/10 would recommend
