Nando's in Camden

Madhi is an amazing manager. All the staff in this Nando are all lovely, friendly and professional. My mum and my sons loved being in this restaurant too.

Slow service, very mediocre food, the wine is way overpriced, even for London. The Red tastes like a mildly alcoholic ribena the texture is pretty similar as well.

We ordered some food this evening and you always think you cannot go wrong with Nando’s! We’ll think again!!My partner ordered the chicken thighs and they came burnt, what a disappointment. We call the restaurant and we were told we’ll get a call back but 20 min later I had to call back as we didn’t hear. I was told that someone should have called and the guy on the phone was nice and apologetic however is not good to a hungry man. Also received a refund but it would have been much nicer to be able to have a nice meal.Sack you chef, food like this shouldn’t make way to your customers.

So happy the chicken livers are back!!! Friendly staff. When I ordered online for pickup, it was ready and on time.

Visited saturday night, managed to get a table upstairs which was amazing as it was very busy. Staff friendly and efficient. Food hot and came quickly. Ordered at the til and used cash too, but ordering and payments can be made using the app/QR code too. Toilets upstairs and soft drinks dispenser downstairs. Really great visit.

I was there with my partner. We always think that Nando is a good place to eat healthy foods. It is so delicious chicken there. Our order was pretty late but the staff helped to compensate. That's a nice gesture. I only gave 4 starts cos I don't like how I have to wait at the door step every time.

Ordered starters which arrived in good time ordered 5 main courses, one dish served within 20 minutes of ordering. For Rest of dishes waited over an hour.Looks like they forgot about us,as we were seated on upper section of restaurant.I had to go downstairs to ask them about our order.We waited another 25 minutes for the food.Staff offered drinks on the house and apologised about the delayStaff was very keen to clear the sauces from our table and started sweeping the floor while we were eating and it was only 9:15 pm

Worked here for about a month and a week. The manager Mark terminated my contract based on performance. My task on that day was to Food run, do check backs on tables and clean only on the first floor. I wasn't told to do the top floor. I spoke to my colleague I needed to go to the toilet and when I came out the toilet I saw tables where empty and dirty with food plates still on it. I saw my colleague cleaning the upstairs assuming she knows what she's doing - therefore I ignored the fact I had to help and went downstairs to complete my task I was given. However when I'm upstairs on my own no one helps me. I got terminated on a unfair decision in my opinion and on how my mates viewed it to when I told them. I will make an appeal - hope he's happy with his bonus money.

My chicken breast was too dry to finish, but the thighs were much better. Try the grains side, it was my favorite part of the meal. Naughty Nata was ok, but the crust wasn't crispy. Order online when you sit down.

First lunch post lockdown. The Camden branch has 3 x 4 seated tables outside. They followed guidance for post lockdown rules.With venue check ins and safe ordering online when sat at the table.Make sure you have a phone that can scan QR Codes or download an app that can and have internet enabled. Also when ordering through phone make sure you know your log in details.Other patrons did not make the lunch ideal as they were complaining about small things such as the sun shining in their faces and the branch not being able to do anything about it. Or the online ordering because they don't know their own passwords. The biggest complaint was they "JUST WANT TO ORDER" which I did not understand what the problem was knowing we are still in stage 1 of coming out of lockdown and the employees were doing their best to adjust. So good on them for coping.Food was great. The musa xx sauce was hot. But not enough to make you sweat. But if you do not like heat it wasn't ideal, especially for the weather.The wait time was not long however, at 1pm it did look like the online queue was building up.
