Went to eat here for dinner at 9pm ordered and payed for the food with card, then they told us they dont have food left. When I asked for a refund they said it will take 3-5 business days. Had to spend another £10 on uber to find another place to eat and had almost no options left because of the time they made us waste. Terrible experience, unacceptable service.

The food wasn't bad. Haven't eaten nandos in a long while. I feel like you have stripped back the flavours.However your staff were absolutely BEAUTIFUL. So friendly and helpful. PS please get head office to bring back those lovely herbal teas that you used to have. Thank you for yesterday guys xx

I have been going there for years and always had very good service and experience. Some Nandoses are hit and miss with cooking but these guys usually do a good job.

Lovely lunch! The chicken, chips and garlic bread was delicious. We enjoyed the lemon sauce too😋 The staff were very polite and helpful. Lovely location too for those who live locally. Will highly recommend if you fancy a little treat for you, family and your friends.

I can’t believe that I’ve had the worst chicken ever in London from Nando’s ( the restaurant that I love) Basically the skin was full of feathers and the chicken was half cooked. Truly it was really bad and I couldn’t eat it I threw it away.

Was good. Chicken wings platter Lemon and herb. Sauces available to add spice. Halloumi and olives are 10/10. Service was great and the food was as I expected. The colouring offered for my child to do while waiting for food was also good and kept my son occupied. Food arrived within 10 minutes and was brought to the table with extra plates.
