Nando's Kilburn in Camden

Great friendly staff and the food has always been spot on. Parking on the weekends just outside is easy to find. The restaurant, although isn't huge, is fairly spacious. Would highly recommend it.They serve Halal chicken here.

They didnt give the starter or drinks was waiting ages had to go up and specifically ask for them to send it. It was only olives it didnt need to be cooked. Plus i asked for no chilli jam in my food and the food turns up covered in chilli jam. They were stingy with the olives and they dont know what theyre doing I wouldn’t recommend going to this Nandos.

Just same to all other Nando's but I just had lunch here. The time when I visited, it was not that busy so no need for queue. Good staff and nice and fast food!

Visited the restaurant yesterday evening. Been visiting this Nandos for many years and this is probably the best one in the general area.However, they must do something about changing the chip oil more frequently. Old oil becomes carbonised with burned potato bits and leads chips to be dark coloured and taste burned. Eating partially burned food can lead to stomach problems and may even lead to stomach cancer. Unfortunately this is not the first time I've had to mention this problem at rhis outlet.

Food was nice, but the chicken butterfly. I always loved it, and today I came to Nandos because I wanted to eat the crispy chicken butterfly.When they brought it to the table the skin was not crispy at all... and when I explain that to one of the team members (she was really nice) she asked me if I wanted to change it and I was Happy with that. Then Maria the manager came to our table and she told me that it can't be crispy 😒 and then I pointed with my finger the menu (photo) were you can read "crispy skin". She just smiled and said again that it can not be crispy or if I want it crispy I have to order it well done. 🤔Not happy at all. She has spoken to me as if I was wrong but I know what I ordered, I have been a loyal customer of Nandos and I have always order the same product.

Food is the typical Nando food you get everywhere. However, someone thought it will be a good idea to pack hot food in plastic-coated paper bags. That’s good news if you enjoy soggy chips, and dream about eating a burger with a bun so moist it falls apart before it even gets to you.I love Nando’s food but the way these guys pack it makes it comparable in quality with a dodgy chicken shop.

It was the first time I went to a Nando's restaurant and I must say I enjoyed it. The chicken was nice But there was one staff very rude she got a bad attitude other staff was very nice to me. I hope next time I go she treats me nice way

Whenever I come the staff here are always so nice !!! Amazing customer service, all so bubbly and cheerful.

It's always a pleasure to eat at Nandos. Aside from the new way of registering to eat which was a pain in the bum. Other than that the staff today went above and beyond their call of duty. Eventually the floor manager had to put me through on the Nandos site.The process to order food is not one to undertake on an empty stomach. The process is too complicated. While going through the stress of online ordering, an older couple who I met sitting down, decided they had had enough of trying to order their meal, and simply walked out of the restaurant.Just as I was contemplating leaving for another restaurant down the road, the floor manager asked to assist me with my order. I think this should be a choice given to everyone. Once the order 8s made by the waitress, the customer should then be asked for a valid email address.Nandos please get your act together. You are excluding valuable customers with disposable income.

It was the first time I went to a Nando's restaurant and I must say I enjoyed it a lot!!The chicken was absolutely delicious and really really well done. The veggies were also very nice and the sauces they use are good, but what surprised me for good were the chips. We tried the ones with the Peri Peri salt and were extremely nice!! I highly recommend them!!The staff were also nice :)
