The sandwich was soggy and chilled to the bone. Please make small batches of sandwiches throughout the day with freshly baked bread. It would be a wonderful experience if it was fresh!

Pastries overpriced and staff look like they hates the job. I understand people have different things in life but the girl that wears the crown hat could at least not shove the latte on the counter. I really don’t want to pay another time for a mistake she made. She’s not made for that for sure.

The Play Doh I ate as a child had more flavour and texture than today’s almond croissant. The one star was for the service.

·

Food, especially the Beignets were definitely not fresh like other stores. Bought at 10am, tried them at 2pm and they were rock hard. Disappointing to say the least, nowhere near as good as the bakeries. Absolute waste of money as they went straight into the bin. Not the first review I've seen about stale goods.

Sure it is expensive by the location but nice coffee inside St Pancras station.

·

Really nice service, the food and coffee was great too. Perfect place to go if you're wanting something quick before a train.

·

Stale bread and croissants not fresh daily. I heard a discussion about storing them for the next day. You’re better off getting marks and Spencer’s ones which are baked each day

They didn't have the croissant of my choice, neither do they have a facility to warm them. It was average. I have had better coffee from Paul at their other locations.

Great location, service catastropheWe ordered 2 Black coffee, one with almond milk and one with coconut milk. It took good 5 minutes and they had to ask several questions about the order. All in all it looked super disorganised and chaotic. If you want to sit in you have to pay more but you only get a take away cup, so you can just say take away and then sit down.Next time we will go to the one next door

Good selection of food and drink - somewhat expensive. There are nice seats and views into the station and concourse. Staff quite stressed , would have liked them to clear the tables as we sat down.
