Steak and Guinness pie hit the spot. Lovely crust and good sauce inside with a good amount of meat pieces. Though it's not as good as Piebury Corner if compared.

Good simple food, quirky atmosphere.I had moo & blue pie, mash, and gravy. Was surprised it came on an enamel plate. Very basic furniture and furnishings, which adds to the quirky charm, but gives a 'low quality' feel. I can't fault the food or service though, and the draught lager is very good.If you're reading this, Pie Minister, please get proper plates.
