Pizza Hut Russell Square in Camden

Ordered from here via Just Eat. It arrived on time but for some reason was cold when it got here.The pizza box had been transported on its side so the toppings were all over the place and half of it was just bare pizza base.

Visited today after seeing my daughter in Great Ormond Street Hospital.Waitress wasn't keen to interact with us and we needed to press her to take our order and pay the bill.Food was excellent !

We all enjoyed the food nice &fresh. Great to see salad bar back .

Fantastic pizza as usual. Perfect location right in the middle of a tourist hotspot. Great staff, with quality service. A lot of space available for eating in as well as pick up options available. Overall great experience. Only thing I would suggest to improve is the QR code scan and order service that has some glitches, other than that it's great.

Nice food, but the free buffet was empty most of the time and they didn't have a good variety of pizzas to choose in the buffet.

Blink and you'll miss it... This Pizza Hut is nestled a few minutes walk from Russell Square station. Inside you are greeted by friendly staff that make up for the unfortunate interior. Water stains are scattered across the ceiling and the general upkeep of the restaurant feels somewhat disappointing, however it's the food you come for...Speaking of which everything is pretty much what you expect of Pizza Hut that hasn't been done before, it's cooked dough with a tomato base and enough topping that you feel you get your money's worth when you come to pay.If doing the Buffet lunch, the plates feel like a base for a Jenga game as you randomly stack slices with the several pizzas available (Combination of meat and Veg)... You also get something that looks like pasta but lacks flavour, however you can use it to cement the pizza stack together so you can waddle back to your table with ease.Overall it's not the usual Pizza Hut experience but it'll tick a box if you're in need of cheese on toast... I mean pizza.

Reasonable prices if you go for a meal deal. Fast service for main food, only let down is the time it took to serve a dessert as part of the meal (30 minutes +). Food has the standard pizza hut quality you expect.

I went to this place with my wife yesterday and found the experience, food, ambience excellent. The staff was well mannered, kind, and helpful. If you are a vegetarian, you will love the free salad and soft-drinks.The seating was cosy surrounded by walls which were covered with photos of previous customers and gave it a very cozy look.In the past we had an awful experience at portobello market at home made italian pizza place and yesterdays food made us recover from that tragedy.

Disgusting pizza and awful delivery service. Please avoid.
