It’s quite a narrow shop, so you walk really far into it to get to the checkout counter, so you can pick up items of food along the way and then pay, or order at the till. A bit crowded but all in all, it does the job and you can takeaway or eat in. Prices are quite high relatively for food but a good place if someone has a preference for Pret a Manger.

Barista refused to make my drink because my mug contained protein powder despite this never being a problem before. Instead of offering my prepaid drink in a different cup, he made a sarcastic comment regarding the power and I felt publicly embarrassed. I've visited multiple branches and never faced an issue with this before. As somebody who works in hospitality, I was disappointed that basic kindness was not extended, even if they were not willing to prepare the drink. You never know what somebody is going through and every interaction counts.

Had a decent coffee here. Dropped a star as the toilet was out of service at the time.

Nice hot drink on a cold day. Seating outside as we had our pooch with us. Always nice here.

One stop shop for breakfast & lunch. For the best experience, do not eat your food here, but take away and sit by the canal. Cleanliness here has decreased steadily over the years. Pastries and cookies are wonderful though.

Watson, in the first Sherlock Holmes book, describes London as "that great cesspool into which all the loungers and idlers...are irresistibly drained". I imagine he'd be more upset at paying £1.45 for a can of Coke!

Has seating inside, outside and upstairs. Not much vegan or vegetarian options available. If they do it gets sold out fairly quickly. A little pricey for what you get. Their green tea is very nice. It's not available in any other coffee shops.Generally a good spot to go to if you are looking for a quiet place to sit and have a coffee either on your own or with a friend or friends.

8/10. What an interesting place filled French street food! Was stunned! The food was all kinds of interesting shapes and textures! I had an avocado.. in a sand which with sliced birds! If you ever visit Camden I recommend going to Pret, pret a la mange. Love from Sharon to all my fans! X x x

This must be one of the best, if not the best Pret store. What a lovely airy space the first floor is. Plenty of comfortable seating. Good quality music playing. Pleasant views out of the front windows overlooking the street. We went on a Saturday morning. It was busy, but not heaving.Service was reasonably quick and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of seating on the ground floor and it's fully accessible with a disabled toilet available. The upstairs is about double the size, with a central opening that looks down onto the ground floor. There are unisex toilets available upstairs, but you need a door code to access them (available by asking staff). The facilities were very clean and modern. There are sockets by many tables along the walls. These also had USB sockets in too. A good place to work or study.Of all the Prets I've been to, this is by far the best for ambience and comfort. We'd have happily stayed here a lot longer.

I am a pret lover. But few things will never change I guess at pret forever. Extremely loud music, how classy that is! Is this a bar or discotheque? Extremely freezing environment, 4 AC where I sit. No sense at all! Brilliant design and could have been way peaceful! Now I have to find a better place to have a peaceful time to do my work. FYI! So annoying!!
