Always love coming to this place for lunch. Food is super fresh and the staff are amazing!

Great value lunch: £3.50 for a hearty tasty bowl of soup. Perfect for eating on the go. My new go-to snack place in the area.

6.35 for a little bowl is quite a lot. It was delicious though except the sweet potatoes. They had a burned taste unfortunately. Very friendly people working there.

I go to Pure from time to time depending on which location I am at. This Shaftesbury Avenue branch, particularly, stands out for poor organisation and lack of professionalism and lack of focus. I had a few incidents when staff members serving completely lost their focus. For example, once I was served by a short blonde woman with glasses I think she is a manager or an assistant manager as she was in a different outfit from the rest of the staff. When she was serving she seemed extremely tense and unnatural and when I asked her about ingredients in thai green lentil soup she just walked away and started stressing out another staff member. I felt extremely uncomfortable, felt very concerned for other staff members being stressed out and wanted to say 'never mind' but when she came back she just said it's vegan and fake smiled at me and said bye. I felt as if I was stabbed with a dagger. It was shocking as there were some people in a shop but it was not too busy.Another instance was when a tall, very skinny, slicked-back-haired Eastern European talking guy just completely ignored me, it took him over 10 good seconds to look at me even though I was standing right in front of him. He was talking with his colleague right in front of me. Eventually, I got served but he was very cold, tense and seemed like he just wanted to get rid off me.For the record, other Pure stores seem to have much nicer and more relaxed atmosphere. I have never had such awkward situations as in this one.

Fresh, quick and hot take away meals. Hot boxes, wraps, breakfast tins, smoothies, and a pretty impressive bakery. If you're on the mood for a seat, they or 10 two seaters in the baxk

Just ordered the tofu scramble with mushrooms and it’s the blandest excuse for a dish I’ve ever had. They seem to have forgotten the key igredient called TASTE and barely any tofu (not that it’s flavored well anyways). If this wasn’t delivery I would ask my money back. So disappointing.

Good for what it is and their sandwiches and all that are generally good vs a pret. However had the super scrambled eggs for breakfast and they are a horrendous waste of money. £4 for basically plain eggs with some peas. No flavor. I'd avoid breakfast here.

I am really happy to have found this place. Great place with loads of healthy options, fairly priced. Had a green smoothie and acai bowl to take away. Also added sliced apples with pb and toadted coconut on top, all yummy. Will be back.

Nice foid a few vegan options had fakafel soldier wrap and pritein piwer smoothie...wish u had gluten free wraps as trying to cut down on gluten so felt bloated after. Very filling wrap...prices typical if west end...similar to Pret prices. Quiet 2pm served quickly and fiod was nice
