Fantastic Saturday evening meal. Excellent food and service, Very busy but everything was spot on. Will be returning and highly recommend

I walked in and there were 6+ empty tables. The hostess just seated another couple but refused to seat my family and I because “the kitchen will be busy”. I did not get to eat even though there were empty tables and no reservations

Nice food from starters to the mains. It was our first time coming to this restaurant and we ordered various dishes to sample what they had to offer. Generally they all tasted good. The portions were quite generous for the platters.The bill was reasonable. They do include 12.5 % service charge and also a 'cover charge'. I find the cover charge a bit perplexing as this was not stated in the menu.

Just had a lovely evening at Retsina. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was also excellent. Ambiance was nice and warm, despite it being a Sunday night. Would highly recommend.

Very lucky to have this wonderful restaurant on our doorstep. As usual delicious meal, and fantastic staff. Always welcoming and huge choice of Greek dishes. Yummy.

Came across this delightful restaurant having just driven down from Edinburgh. It was very busy and we had not booked but the friendly owner found us a table and we settled down. The homemade hummus was a very tasty starter and we had the chicken and lamb grilled kebabs were were so good with lovely rice and sides. It is clearly a place people return again and again and we will be back

AMAZING! I love food, good food and you will only find that at Retsina! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the food…the food is incredible! We had mixed starters for the table and I had lamb for my main. Admittedly I had the Octopus from my partner too and it was simply delicious…will be returning!!!Update 05/10We returned to this amazing restaurant to celebrate a birthday and it continues to amaze, food is just incredible coupled with friendly staff and great location!!*****

Comfortable dining room with friendly service. Great menu, with the set mezzes being the real star - great variety and well prepared. Surprisingly good Greek wine list. Overall very enjoyable meal.

Amazing service and delicious food.We book a table for 3 people and even if each of us ordered something different, we got to try all the dishes and wow.To start with we order Retsina wine which was great and Dolmades and Melitzanosalata. They were sooooo good. Then I ordered the Mixed grill, with big portions and every single piece of meat was delicious, and my friends ordered the meatballs and the octopus. No words to describe it. Special mention to the octopus, sometimes it can get a bit rubbery, but here is was super tender and perfectly cooked. Well done!We are definitely coming back! Well done team!

I had an amazing dinner at Restina for my first time.Had the grilled octopus to start and the mixed grill for main with 2 glasses of nice red wine that complemented the meat followed by choc ice cream and brandy for dessert.All the food was tight quality, service was fair and to standard.The owners were there and were really nice.Highly recommended.I intend to return.
