What on heart are you thinking about delivering a saffron prawn risotto with undercooked prawns? This is only the beginning. Risotto was basically cooked rice with peppers, peas, and prawns on top and literally a drop of Burrata. And all the ingredients are frozen????You charge £18 for cooked rice with frozen and undercooked ingredients on top? This is not risotto, is a disgrace.I am Italian and cooked and ate risotto my whole life so I know perfectly what I'm talking about. You better process my refund.

Best taste of Italy! The parmegiana is particular amazing! Must try!

When we were seated we had a waiter (bald, middle age with glasses) that failed to understand the meaning of decent service. There was no form of pleasant communication (e.g. questions of the menu, duration of when it would be served and the status of our starters that were served 30 min later). The younger staff was actually very nice and friendly. The food was ok, we only received the starters at the same time as the main course which was quite odd. Also the pasta was quite cold which was a disappointment. We decided to provide a 5% tip instead of the 12,5%. The waiter asked us why and we provided him with the feedback that we did not appreciate his level of service and attitude. After that he stormed off and said nothing. Would definitely never eat here again or recommend it to anyone.

Went during the outdoor rule for restaurants, so had to sit outside which was fine since the weather was nice. However, the food was a big let down, there were not many choices of toppings for the pizza, so ended up getting a spinach. The pizza was really oily/greasy and tasted bad. My friend who ordered a different topic, was also not very impressed with the taste and complained about it being too oily as well.

We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary during a trip to London. Probably the most authentic Italian meal we have had outside of Italy where we normally celebrate our anniversary. A great meal and drinks. Fantastic pizza and pasta. Not sure about pistachio affogato but it worked. Complimentary Limoncello sealed the night.

Got seated and drinks really quickly. Ordered starter which was okay, then waited ages for more drinks and to have our main course order taken, the water said he'd be straight back then appeared to go on his break and no one else came over. Finally ordered mains and food was okay but very expensive for what it is.

I dont like to leave negative reviews but this was a poor standard of food at a frankly ludicrous price. My £10 starter was two mediocre sausages, some flavourless cheese and slimy mushrooms. My pizza was fine but at nearly £20 (admittedly with an extra topping) was still too pricey. There's a lot of amazing street food in Camden and I'd suggest checking that out instead.

The place was practically empty on a Saturday evening, which speaks for itself. Despite that, we had very little attention from the staff, but I do appreciate many restaurants are struggling with staffing issues at the moment. The food was OK, but the portion I had was really small and I actually ended up going out for something else to eat afterwards. I might have stayed for more food if the staff had come to our table to ask, rather than setting up a dozen trays of tap water (and then failing to being us the water we'd asked for with our drinks). The customers on the table next to us left without ordering. Pretty disappointing all in all.

We are from Manchester so Rossopomodoro isn't our local eat out spot. However, after discovering it on a previous trip to London a couple of years ago, we haven't had a trip to London without a visit (sometimes several visits) to Rossopomodoro since.Camden was the first branch we discovered and have eaten at a couple of the others but find this our favourite. It's an authentic Italian restaurant which serves incredible food with friendly staff offering amazing service. What is not to love?My partner and I are huge pizza fans and he has recently taken an interest in making his own pizzas at home so when I discovered that Rossopomodoro had pizza making masterclasses it was an opportunity we couldn't miss.Pepè was the host, very charismatic and paid a lot of attention to his guests ensuring that everyone was comfortable and understood. No stone was left unturned and he pulled out all the stops to ensure everyone had a great evening.Giacomo was the pizza chef who demonstrated what we needed to do and again paid a lot of attention to make sure everyone understood and would go over steps multiple times if anyone was unsure. He would come and check the dough multiple times throughout the session to ensure you had the right consistency and if you didn't, he would explain what was missing and show you how to get it just right. Now this man can stretch a pizza faster than you can say Mama Mia but he slowed the process right down so we could follow each individual step.Following the class we enjoyed a lovely 3 course meal (included in the price of the masterclass). The 3 course meal was on a set menu but there was plenty of choice. I had Brushetta to start which was packed with flavour. I then had a margarita pizza for main, the base is light and fluffy cooked in a traditional wood fired pizza oven - heaven! Followed by bakewell tart ice cream, I was skeptical as my usual ice cream choice is vanilla (boring I know) but this was amazing! If you haven't been to Rossopomodoro you need to! Amazing food and lovely friendly staff make it a must.I would also massively recommend the pizza masterclass it's a fun evening for a great price. I would definitely take part in one again on another visit to London.
