Steak & Lobster Warren Street in Camden

Soulless environment, the resturant itself that you expect to sit in is closed and therefore you are sat in a dining room of a hotel bar. Terrible lighting, no ambience.Lackless staff and tasteless dry dishes, the steak and lobster roll included overcooked tiny scraps of tasteless steak and tasteless small scraps of lobster. My friend ordered a fillet this wasn't rested and blood all over the plate as well as an order coming to the table incorrect2 members of the group ended up with stomach cramps later that evening.Avoid at all costs will not visit again!

Beautiful restaurant. It was my birthday, I love the image of this place very classy. The rest room was clean and prestige. Excellent customer service. The food was delicious succulent. Definitely a 5 stars thumps up for me.

My boyfriend and I ate there this evening and had a lovely meal, the service was great, Victoria looked after us and did a great job, all the staff were lovely. The steak was delicious and cooked to perfection, my boyfriend had the lobster as well as the steak and was disappointed by the lack of meat on it and the flavour. It wasn't very tender and he says was more like a langoustine in terms of size. He is used to eating fresh lobster having grown up by the sea, so was quite disappointed with it, but the rest of the meal was great. The venue is really nice, I have been in there a few times for drinks, it is a really nice place to go.

I booked a table at steak and Lobster at 10 p.m. on Saturday night. Once i arrived I was told that we've got 3 minutes to order we're not allowed to order starters, which I thought was ridiculous my husband ordered the t-bone steak and they turned their nose up because it takes longer to cook. Then we eat the food and we was then told to pay the bill. When we received the bill a man decided to stand looking at my husband wallet while he was getting the money out for at least 2 minutes and then I complained. Basically they didn't even really care what we said. Then to top it all off we ordered a uber and we're told we can't go out the main door. Bad experience! Unbelievable, I will never ever go back.

Had a great steak at this place.The Rib-Eye was as I had requested: medium rare. Very juicy. The Jalapeño sauce was just awesome!Prices are not that high.Highly recommended.Mustafa.

We booked Steak and Lobster but on arrival saw that the venue was closed and there was a notice to enter via the hotel. We went in and was seated in the hotel restaurant/lounge area. The chairs and table were not suitable for dining- large, low, cushioned and swivelled to the point I had to sit in mine and my partners coat to be at a suitable level against the table. There was no ambience or atmosphere or windows and felt like a lobby - but the menus we’re ‘steak and lobster’.There where about a handful of people in the large open area, what looked like hotel guests - very casual and young kid and his dad, a couple of girls and a couple of solo eaters. Horrible experience and we did not stay to eat. We ordered cocktails to be polite and they were terrible, super sweet and looked like a ready made, bright coloured kids drink.The worst thing that was upon booking with OpenTable there was no communication to explain that the original venue was closed. So we were stuck in London expecting a great steak meal but of course everywhere else was fully booked.

This used to be one of my favorite place. It’s got a decent steak and a good ambiance. It used to have unlimited fries, but that’s gone. Prefered the old concept

It’s very rare that I go to a restaurant in london and actually feel upset because the food was so bad, this was one of those times. The lobster roll and steak were flavourless and way over priced for what they’re actually offering. I had a couple of shells on my lobster and my friend had a bone in her steak which only shows how poor their cooking is. I do not recommend it at all, if you want a good lobster roll place that’s actually worth the price you’re paying go to Burger & Lobster.

Don't judge a book by its cover.This place is probably overlooked by loads of people.It actually is really reasonable and has a nice environment. Service can be a bit when it's busy but come Here get unlimited fries and salad. Have a lobster or a steak or have them both. Really worth checking out.
