Excellent choice, friendly staff

In my views its not suitable for muslims as its not halal.so i did not tried..

Ordered a veggie deluxe and they were stingy with the salad. Bread was stale. It was mostly bread. Not worth the money

Friendly staff & as usual food is always fresh. Only downside is that I noticed that prices have increased over the past few months by over 20%.

Hallo everyone today Friday 23 -Apr-2021 I went to buy dinner from the clerk who served me it was very fast. Gad went home to surprise the Bana casing, the sandwich was very sloppy and not clean I took pictures, I will complain about them I'm not happy at all 😡😡😡😡

Lady serving me was lovely, was having a good experience until a guy delivering stock (not the guy in the photo) barged in and literally pushed me to get passed without saying a word to me, also being in close contact without wearing a mask! Absolutely shocking experience, AVOID!!!

I share the opinion of other consumers. Went to order today. On entering, there was no one in the kitchen so had to call out. A worker came, I selected my bread and before selecting the toppings, he said, "What do you want?". This worker seems to be lacking basic customer sevice skills and lack of language register. I corrected him tactically to show him he used the wrong register. Subway need to seriously consider who they are hiring and how they train their employees in terms of communication. I felt unwelcome in that store, so not going there again. Hygiene could be better too.

Completely unacceptable customer service. Didn’t produce what we paid for and it was late for a party so we had young children upset. And when we complained after they were unhelpful and rude ignoring my sisters messages. Only offering a voucher as compensation which is not good enough

Terrible customer experience and service. I am a Subway loyalty customer and went to redeem my points and had starved all day waiting for this when I finished work. Just to be told " our scanner doesn't work so you don't get food" but if I was buying its no problem. Don't offer deals you cannot actually give and when you mess up make it right. I was told to just leave and talk to customer complaints. That doesn't feed me now does it? Shocking. Boo to you Subway. I left the shop and bought McDonald's instead because they actually gave me what they offer

Level of hygiene needs to be improved. Please swap gloves when changing between vegan and meat options. Found level of service to be much poorer then the team further down Camden High Street - whose service seems to be much better!
