Super tasty Korean BBQ lunch!Four of us came for a girly lunch - we had a fab time and the food was delicious! Service was a bit slower than expected (we had to flag a waiter down a few times and one of my friends asked for a refill on her salad which never arrived).We all opted for the BBQ lunch with some sides a couple drinks each. The BBQ lunch was well presented and a great portion size per person. The sides however were a bit small for the price. Drinks were also on the smaller side but you can request for free tap water.Fantastic experience if you’ve never been before. I think if the place wasn’t so busy, staff may’ve been more attentive.Note to staff: tables and floor were still slightly sticky (I’m guessing from the oil splatters over time) - not a massive turn off as it wouldn’t deter me from returning but it’s just a bit of a nuisance.

Eating here was part of the EF Tour so our meal was preselected. I loved how the owner/manager (?) greeted our party. The food for 33 was ready and that was impressive. I enjoy Korean food but this was a new experience for some in our party. The only thing of concern is that the wait staff could have been more congenial.

Absolutely lovely staff and cosy place! They make you feel comfortable at the restaurant and will help you if you need anything, whether it's how to cook the meat the best or what to choose for your specific needs or really anything at all! My friend and I came to London last week to see a concert and ate some Korean BBQ at this restaurant during our stay and it was so delicious! We came back a second time before we went back to our country and it was even better the second time! We even booked their private karaoke room and it was SO much fun! If there are times you need to wait for a seat, it's worth it because the staff and the food is great!I was offered amazing help by the staff when I had the worst headache and was really tired after some eventful and lovely concert days and you guys should absolutely try the Honey Ginseng tea that I was offered there. It was so nice and made you energised, also the Korean cinnamon drink was nice!It's definitely worth to buy the personalised BBQ set for 2 people (they have it on the menu for 66 pounds I believe, so if you share it'll be 33 pounds for you and someone else), it will let you choose your favourite meat and get starters and such and it's definitely enough food for two people and the price was actually really decent for this set! In this set there's a small cinnamon drink included, the one I recommended earlier, so you can taste it in this set as well!I also really love tea, so I ordered the Korean green tea about three times there! :DI also recommend the soju, but maybe, if it's your first time, share 1 bottle with someone else~Below are some pictures of the food and such!Safe to say, I love and enjoy this place and will be back!If there are wait times for seats it's worth it. But the food comes quickly when you order, so at least on that part there's nothing to worry about. Such an amazing experience, the food was incredible and is definitely one of the greatest nights out I've had thanks to SuperStar BBQ. The staff as well were definitely one of the highlights of my night, so helpful and accommodating for everyone on our table. They were very quick to respond to my e-mails as well as making the entire booking process very streamlined. Will be coming again!

Overall great experience at Superstar BBQ. We were looking for a Korean BBQ place during our stay in London. The food was delicious, good location and nice atmosphere. We would have appreciated more instructions but overall great experience.

Visited for lunch. Had the BBQ, you get the meat of your choice and side dishes. It arrived speedily. The staff were very friendly. Particularly the man with tattoos and dark hair. He walked us through how best to cook the meat we ordered. The meat was of good quality and was marinaded nicely, would reccomend the pork belly. I think it's a good price for the area and what you get. Would highly recommend, was a pleasant first timer/gateway Korean BBQ experience.

I've been going here for years now and I will always go to SuperStar when I want a solid meal. Their Bibimbap is great, and also they have recently expanded their menu to include more halal items, which is brilliant. Always had great service and helpful staff who will explain any of the items and offer recommendations.

This was our first Korean BBQ experience. The staff were really friendly and guided us through the menu. When the food came they introduced us on how to cook the meat. While cooking they replaced the grill when it was dirty promptly. The food was amazing and tasted great with good portion sizes and decent value for money. Would definitely come again!

Really enjoyed eating here last Sunday. Great selection of Korean food made on site. Everything was really delicious. John served us and not only was he friendly, he knew the menu well and helped my friend who has allergies with her order. Thank you John! Would definitely recommend.
