I am not the one to usually leave reviews, but this place truly deserves one, simply for the amazing staff! Popped in today and I have to say, the hospitality is the best I have received from (young) workers in quite a while! Keep it up! Lovely shop too xx

It has been my preferred coffee shop in the area for ages, but lately staff is almost unskilled and not trained. So you need to be armed with plenty of forgiveness. So now forgotten orders, mistakes, staff do not mind about you, wrong prices are part of the experience.

The new staff are so friendly and super sweet, they make conversation and help me find products. So nice to see their faces in the shop, because of their attitude I am more inclined to come back again and again. 👍🏼

Pastries were amazing but staff attitude completely killed the vibe. Also, why insisting on keeping the door wide open in a freezing winter afternoon?

Great local deli and cafe. Used it several times as we were feeding our son and daughter in law who were new parents. Great sandwiches - The Reuben pastrami in particular. Lovely selection of cakes. Really good smoothies to. We had a bacon sandwich for breakfast two on lovely toasted sourdough. We will be back. Prices are on the higher side but you are getting high quality products

Ordered Pizza via Deliveroo - very bland. I hate to complain but we were really disappointed as the reviews were good (my hunch is that the pizza delivery is not the same kitchen as the cafe/restaurant). I would guess that the base is pre-made, the ingredients seemed fresh, but lacked any real taste. Quite honestly it wasn’t much better than a pre-made supermarket pizza.

The coffee is not good at all. I was quite surprised. From an artisan coffee shop in Belsize Park I’d expect something nice. It tasted like Starbucks, maybe even worse

Coffee was good, the staff were helpful, but a word of warning, don't get tied into buying groceries unless you have a stretchy wallet! Nice but pricey.

A nice little place for a morning coffee. Had a flat white and cheese brownie which were both good but nothing extra ordinary. The place is also a convenience store for premium healthy food (mostly dry cupboard stuff), so the design is quite nice and it's is normally less busy than places in the same street. They don't accept amex, which I found surprising for a premium place.

This place has so much promise; however, they missed the mark on service and care of cooking the food. I ordered scramble eggs on rye bread toast (took 20 minutes), you could see the eggs were organic and had a good taste, but they were totally over cooked and had gained that rubbery texture - not what I would expect for £6. I like a little bit of ketchup on the side, the waitress brought me a bottle of organic ketchup, which had a thick dried layer of old ketchup around the lid - which I personally didn't find appealing. Attention to detail is very important when serving food and simple cleanliness that takes seconds should be a daily task. The coffee is nice and the staff are very friendly. Would I come here again - I probably will for a coffee, but not for their food.
