Medium for a 4* hotel. Small bed. Towels small, don't feel fresh. Water bottle seems to be reffiled. Just basic things and amenities, although relatively expensive.Main advantage is the proximity to Euston train station.

Had 2 lovely days there with my wife and its a great place for the money will come back again the room was really clean and the food in the bar was amazing for the money and again the drinks were just as good would Recommend to a friend

Just returned from the hotel, check in was smooth and welcoming. I was allowed to check in early and provided with an upgraded room which was a nice touch. You can hear a slight rumble of trains at Euston but not much of an issue for me given that I was just sleeping there after a night out. The last trains stop at 1.30am. Room seemed to be recently renovated. Be warned HS2 has created a slight diversion when walking from Euston but still relatively close which is handy.

The staff were genuinely helpful. the location is perfect. We thought the price of breakfast was high at 30 pounds for a couple Be back I am sure

Lift broke, maze rooms and elevators, followed instructions given to me in English by the staff and ended up out a fire escape, "straight up" does not mean, "go right and head downstairs". Don't take a baby, walls are paper thin and patrons are noisy in the corridors.

When we first arrived I was underwhelmed because the location wasn’t very appealing which consequently meant that there was no good outside views. However, I liked how the quiet the surrounding was and the close proximity to many key locations. The rooms were tidy on arrival. At first glance the bathroom appeared to be clean but on closer inspection the grout was mouldy and the floor had many hairs on it. I liked the coffee/tea station in the room, thought it was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and had pleasant encounters with all of them. Overall, I had a good experience but for a 4 star hotel I had higher expectations.

1. Picture does not match the room I was provided. Specifically requested a room with the bigger desk as I need the space to study, room on the picture had a big work space. Room I was provided has a tiny work space. Front desk advised that they realize that but they fully booked so can't move me. Will contact me when they can move me.2. Toilet does not work properly, reported it and it has still not been fixed (26 hours later)- clearly not up to health spec. PLUS when I reported it, front desk said other rooms were complaining of a similar issue. What a joke.3. No bar fridge- therefore not designed for longer stays.4. Walls are paper thin - painful when you have noisy neighbors.5. Food is fine at least.6. Cracked window in the room (see attached).Super disappointed - however paid and now stuck here for the duration. Can post more pictures on request.

Stayed here for two nights with my partner and can confidently say we will not be returning. The rooms are so much smaller than advertised in pictures and the bed is also very small. During our stay we were left with no hot water, no apology or compensation offered and staff didn’t appear to be very bothered about it. The heating in the room was also terrible, each night the room would be boiling and we would wake to a puddle of water dripping from the condensation that had formed on the window. The only good thing about the hotel is the distance from Euston station, however this wouldn’t win me over to stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay in this cosy hotel. It was nice to discover this hotel and it's history. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was one particular staff that knew a lot about the history of the hotel. I thought that was quite impressive as I thought the employee might have just said-"don't ask me, I just work here!"

No l would not stay here again the room was very small looks big on the photo. It also states that you can extend your stay if you wish to stay longer in which we was told they where fully booked, the foyer was dirty no cleaner the lift was dirty and the hallway, the furniture in our room was also chipped did not enjoy our stay, the best thing about the hotel is that it 2mins away from train station
