Really lovely! Food came out quick and was hot. Servers were very friendly. The only downside were the customer toilets, these are great because they're unisex toilets however could have been kept a little cleaner.

Takeaway order via deliveroo - rating one because there was no salt on the chips AT ALL… made them sooo bland and disappointing! They were also quite soft and soggy - normally GBK chunky fries have a nice crunch and normally have that Hei Hei salt… but today no salt at all, not even the regular kind (or even a sachet) and definitely no crunch :(Burger was good though. No napkins in the bag either. Normally love GBK, but not sure about the chip situation anymore…

Food was great , didnt wait a long time to get served . Have been served by a lovely waitress named Natalia very polite and helpfull , really enjoyed my time at GBK would highly recommend visiting.

We went with a large group of friends (7 then 8). We managed to find a table which was good. Service isn't so great: they don't really seem to care about the customer and they were bringing our burgers one by one. I ordered a burger with blue cheese, skinny chips and a coke zero. This wasn't part of a deal: you have to order the items separately, which is surprising that the burger doesn't come with any kind of side. The coke wasn't cold, thankfully the glass had ice. The skinny chips not so great and warm. Next time I'll take normal chips. The burger was good and tasty though, hence why I'm giving 3 stars as I would have given less otherwise.

Medium grade place. Very long to get my order (25min), burger is good but nothing crazy (bun and steak are not high quality), and the place is quite noisy. Definitely overpriced (16£ for burger + fries). I do not recommend overall.

Service is great and very friendly.Burgers are of goooood quality so the ingredients. Shake is tasty - but using paperstraws is a pain!only thing i question is the size of the burgers.............. they are foookin small for 11£!!!!!but i still recommend GBK!!!

Popped in here late one Friday and was very impressed with the two guys running the show and whoever was in the kitchen too. Welcomed us promptly and offered to take our order in person. Food came in good time, and was just what I was after. I'd forgotten how much I like GBK and would return here.

A cool, comfy, small branch of GBK. Staff were friendly. The food tasted great as always. I tried the Matcha Milkshake for the first time and it was amazing the Matcha was tasty. Make sure you have the GBK app downloaded so you can get free food and burger deals.
