Love the selection and quality of meat. We bought veal and very good quality. They have a small cheese counter at the back of the store. Found raclette and French cheeses 🧀

The meat is pricey but the quality is great. We always find what we're looking for. There's a very good selection of cheeses too. We love this place.

The website advised that the last day for delivery for a Christmas Turkey was the 19th December, which I complied with. Upon ordering, the email then provided a delivery date of the 28th December. They refuse to refund the sum of £120 for the turkey and yet cannot provide an earlier delivery date.As an edit: after emails and calls, I have a revised date of the 24th December, which is the main thing. Just with one additional turkey.

Avoid at all cost. In the store they refused to cut the ribs in half. And when I got back home and opened the bag I found out that they sold me rotten pork rib with vomiting smell. The worst butcher ever.

Meat is good but the one star goes to the price and to the dishonest behaviour whereas the price tags say a price but when you pay the meat costs another price.Went there today. Lamb cost was displayed at 28 per kilo (I have been going there for one year for the lamb. 28 has always been the price. Very expensive but it’s a family treat). But in the system it was 33 per kilo. Left the meat there, they weren’t bothered and left the misleading displayed price at 28. Was sad going back home without dinner. Also no such thing as an eye of regards to loyal customers.

useless - they are incapable of cutting the steak you ask forI requested a 200g steak, on the second attempt it was 250g, another steak i requested to be 300g, sadly i get home and discover the idiot has cut the second one as 200g.This happens literally every time you go there. Last time I goto Hampstead butcher.

great meat! pricey for my social status other than people in hampstead, but value for money! perfect barbecue stuff, I highly recommend it! this is not a sponsored review! gives one star less because the lamb kebab was extremely salty. when i get rich like the hampstead people i'll be coming there regularly. the best marinated steak I have ever had !!!! £ 50 per kilo, it's worth it! I mean kofta lamb kebab guys.

If you are a local loyal customer be advised that the loyalty cards are no such thing.If you were promised you could exchange your ten stamps collected across various loyalty cards - scrap that.Oh, and if you plan to spend hundreds, split your shopping into a few days; otherwise, you are not going to get rewarded with the many £40 stamps they promise your total shopping is worth...Loyalty is a two-way street.

I am local and pop in all the time. The quality of meat is superb and the butchers are so friendly. Lots of interesting produce to purchase. I love having a wander through all the deliciousness on offer to treat myself. From jam, chutneys and a little section of American produce. YUMMO
