The Monarch in Camden

I've performed here twice and held my birthday party here. Great atmosphere and location nice and easy to find. Great selection of drinks too

Went there with a group of work friends and associates. Venue is nice and pleasant. Very chill with indie rock music. For food I had a burger, one of the best burgers I had in a long time. It was delicious and very filling.Customer service was brilliant. My group initially was 4 of us then the other 6 arrived. Staff was very accommodating and allowed us to move several tables and chairs together.I would go back for another occasion or just to chillax

Really good food. Really good menu with lunchtime deals. Friendly staff. Nice and clean. Toilets available. Wheelchair accessible. Definitely recommended.

Hardly a ‘Sports bar’ I have visited twice and on both occasions have arrived to the screens showing football with no sound while music booms from the speakers. Having had to ask for the sound to be turned up (which happened 3 mins before kickoff so don’t expect to listen to any pre match build up) it was still not loud enough to compete with the music coming from the speakers in the lounge part of the bar. Ending up leaving and walking down the road to the Oxford Arms, far better atmosphere for football.

The lunch deal is great value for the money. Food was spot on and loads of it. Bar staff were very friendlt and helpful.We will visit again when we come back to Camden.

Only popped in for drinks before a gig at the roundhouse but staff were really nice, venue decor is really cool. Good choice of beer and great music! Want to go back and try the food.

JJ and Truly was absolutely phenomenal! The most welcoming members of staff! They made me and friend feel so special! Food and drinks were second to none! 100% recommend! If you’re in Camden please visit this place!

Lovely place, very nice food and a great selection of beers and drinks, amazing for watching sports games and enjoy properly served beers and even Seltzers on tap!

I met with a group of friends in the small outdoor area they had in the back and it was lovely. Did not try anything apart from the beer, but the overall atmosphere was great. By the time we left it was almost full with a few young girls dancing. If that's what you fancy on a Saturday, that's the place for you.

Great to see something new in the area, and someone doing something different. Amazing staff, great beers on draft and Nanny bills Food is so damm good!Can’t wait to watch a game on those 180 degree screens.
