The Old Eagle in Camden

Had an excellent afternoon/evening here. Plenty of quirky pictures on the wall and objects hanging from the ceiling. Good menu with vegan options. I had a very nice curry, all washed down with a lovely pint of Hoegaarden. Nice welcome and good service at the bar. A good option from the other extremely busy pubs in Camden High Street.

Decent pub. Beer is Greene King fare so not to my taste but Hoegaarden is available so not all bad. Pub cat is adorable. Sun trap garden is nice and the Thai food was great and very reasonably priced.

Great atmosphere, the nicest staff, delicious Thai food and if you are lucky you can even get to sit with the local 🐈

Stopped in for a pint because this place is definitely a pub with flavour. Friendly with quirky decor. Lot's of fun! Even got to speak to a couple of regulars who had their cat with them!

Marvellous place. Friendly staff, fairly friendly cat, nice dog. Really interesting decor and great atmosphere. I shall return.

This is a very nice place with a classic and quirky pub atmosphere - interesting items all over the walls and ceiling. It also serves very good Thai food. The starters especially are superb, and the mains are great and well-flavoured, with lots of Thai classics among them. The people are great and away from peak times, it is a really peaceful place to relax and pass some time.

Cracking pub, with a great selection of booze, amazing thai food, and super friendly staff. Rachel is an absolute diamond, and helped me with my girlfriends 30th Birthday. She was so accommodating and ensured our party had plenty of space. I can't praise her more highly, as she helped the night go so smoothly!

Wish I'd tried it sooner.Last time I was here it was a sparse and unwelcoming, cold pub. I had a nice weak pint of Harp. That was 30 years ago.Today I'm here as it seems the only pub within a mile that's actually open on a weekday afternoon!Super find. Local pub layout with comfy benches enhanced by cushions. Beaut. stained glass lean-to leads to outdoor veranda for smokers.Greene King associated pub but had St Austell Tribute on cask for a fiver.Friendly and engaging barman.Lots of daylight as whole corner is glazed.Not for sport or music fans but a great spot for a relaxing pint or two.Will make it a regular stop-off.

The best Thai food I've had in London. The pub itself is also quite nice, and super friendly service. Not a big beer selection, but they have a couple of ales.

A lovely local pub a great choice of drinks and a new food menu😋 is now on offer.They is a small beer garden out the back which is lovely to sit in on a warm evening. Friendly staff and good service.
