Wonderful traditional English pub right next to posh Primrose Hill. As you would expect quality pub themed main dishes at around £15 per plate. Reasonable bottle wine prices. I loved everything about it. Great mojo, food and exceptional service.

🚇 Chalk Farm🍺 £5.35 Amstel❤️ A Sunday afternoon well spent in this delightful Primrose Hill Pub..Primrose Hill is a well to do part of town and a great place to wander around on a weekend. If you get off at Chalk Farm Tube you can take a nice relaxing five minute walk through this well heeled area to get to the @queensprimrose . I visited here on a Sunday hankering after a roast and this pub didn’t disappoint, I had the chicken and my better half had the beef, both were very tasty and left us absolutely stuffed. After our culinary delights we ventured out to the quaint little balcony to grab some fresh air post roast, it’s a great spot to grab a few rays and take in the comings and goings on Regents Park Road. The Queens is tastefully decorated with stunning unique wall art adorning the walls. The atmosphere here like the area was calm and pleasant and we really enjoyed our time here..@youngspubs have another success story here, a lovely pub in a great location..📊 Information correct on visiting 03/02/20

The most wonderful Sunday roast I’d had in a while! All the staff were pleasant and Regina was beyond helpful - she went the extra mile and was very attentive to our table of 6! We’ll definitely be back again

DO NOT GO HERE TO EAT. Lovely place for a drink and good location but we went for a Sunday roast and everything on the plate was completely inedible or raw. All 4 plates went back. Really terrible!

·

Nice place for a date. Very chill and cozy atmosphere most of the time. A+ location next to Primerose Hill and a lot of people bring their dogs around which is cute

·

Great atmosphere. Great staff. Good range of beer/ale. Not sure I saw any food but I'd already eaten at a fabulous restaurant across the road. Luv this pub. Highly recommended. I'd go out of my may to attend this particular establishment. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Very disappointing. We visited last Sunday (8 of us) for a Sunday roast and it was a very poor experience. The food arrived at completely different times and 4 of us had to wait an hour. Needless to say it completely ruined the experience. No apology was made and no offer to make it up to us was made either. When the food arrived, it was awful. The veg was undercooked and not worth the money at all.I want to specifically reference the manager who was on duty on Sunday 24th October. When we asked to speak with you, you hid upstairs and left your bar staff to completely take the flack on their own. Your team deserve better from you.To sum up, poor service, extremely poor management and poor food.Won't be coming back.

#thequeens #primrosehillWhat a place what a location, as you face the pub the park is on your left and the main shopping area and other restaurants are on the right, this place in the summer is so lovely to sit outside and watch the world go by, the inside is modern but homely and the staff are amazing. The manager Is friendly and knowledgable and makes you feel welcome. They have wide range of drinks of course and they have teal Coca Cola and not generic Cola sold in a glass bottle. Today I popped in and had the best visit ever. The chef was taste tasting some new dishes and I just happened to pop in at the right time. Honestly they were delicious, I missed out on the superfood salad because the manager stuffed it down so quickly I didn’t get a chance to photograph or taste it so I can’t give a review about that “sorry” it looked amazing though. The dishes were Comfit Duck leg with dauphinois potatoes, orange braised chicory with red wine sauce “my mouth is watering now damn” it was delicious. The next dish was oven roasted Hake “fish” with roasted seasonal veg, served with lemon butter sauce, honestly this was to die for. Try and visit on one of the few last days of summer.

Great outdoor setting, lovely staff and fantastic cocktails; the espresso martini's were great. The charcuterie board was unfortunately lacklustre; the quality of the meat wasn't great and on the bland side. Further, the cheese wasn't really flavoursome nor at the quantity you would expect for the dish. This obviously makes the overall price point for this dish not worth it.In saying that, it was a great experience at The Queen's otherwise and I would definitely return!

Solid Young’s pub, the beef roast was actually delicious, as was the sticky toffee pudding. Had a great Sunday dinner here with family. The only issue I would say is the toilets were pretty disgusting and it ruined it slightly as we were with older and pregnant family members.
