I went to a friends wedding party and very much liked the atmosphere of the place. The food which was brought around to the guests was excellent, and the cocktails on offer were superb. A two minute stroll from Warren Street station made it an easy commute. Highly recommended and very friendly staff.

Great place, especially after work as there are several offices in the area so nice to hang out with colleagues. The GM is super kind I go there with my colleagues and cocktails are amazing! Definitely will go back - very recommended!

Always relaxed, fairly quiet even for a business style venue. Can certainly get some one on one or personal time here. Only visited during daytime.

We had a work do at the Refinery and we had a really nice time. We had a nice big table by the window. The staff were polite and attentive. We had a three course meal and it was pretty nice. The drinks menu was good and it had a nice atmosphere. Would recommend

We visited this place yesterday Thursday 16th Dec after office. Around 7:30 pm, 15 mins after we checked in, store manager approached us and told that we are taking the last orders. I asked why is he closing so early? He told that there is not much business, rather its better to cleanup the space and close it.We ordered burgers, to which he replied that the chef has already cleaned up the kitchen so all he could serve is 1 beer.Never had this kind of experience. There were 3 more customers in restaurant who had to wind up. Would not like to go there next time.

Singles mixer event here and was very crowded. But it was really nice and is probably not as busy on a normal night. Bar staff were great

Nice design and atmosphere, especially for mid-week drinks. I found all the cocktails really sweet - not so they were undrinkable, just not very interesting as they all carried the same taste of sugar and not much else. But the big problem was with the veggie burger. The menu doesn’t say it, but it had a strong blue cheese taste, which I dislike. The charcoal bun is actively gritty - you can taste and feel the abrasive texture on your teeth during and after every bite. Chips: pale and anaemic. My friends who had the steak and fish and chips and salmon etc seemed happier with their meals, so it’s probably down to what you pick.To top it off, the website says it closes at 11pm and they shooed us out at 9:45pm. I understand this as it was a relatively quiet night, but it was also a bit sad since it was my friend’s birthday and we had spent quite a lot with them throughout the night.Go for a drink if you’re in the area and need that Drake & Morgan “bar” atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend for dinner, especially as you’re 2mins walk from some great restaurants.

Visited here on Friday evening from 7:30 - wasn’t very busy but still lively. Nice interior and atmosphere and lovely drinks! The only thing that brings it down to 2 stars is the staff - the two men behind the bar were absolutely miserable and rude. Unfortunately, my table knocked over two glasses, to which we were met with annoyed responses from both men, right in front of us. One man was white, brunette with a dark beard and the other was white, blonde with a little man bun. However, the South Asian man with a beard had lovely customer service so that was a positive.I would recommend, hopefully you don’t get the same service we did, but I won’t be returning because of these reasons.

Came here for after work drinks and got hungry so ordered some food. Not too shabby for a bar. Pleasantly surprised with the food and staff were very accommodating.Wheelchair access: step free and accessible toilets were available.

Great place to have after work drinks. Decent selection of wines and the scotch egg is really good. Loads of floor space with high tables which makes it relatively easier to walk around.
