Where to start? This was an unacceptable stay/experience on multiple levels. In brief - my room looked absolutely nothing like the photos on the website and was extremely shabby. There was no water in the shower in the morning, on one of the hottest days of the year. The room has no aircon and instead features a useless window and very noisy pedestal fan. My room also overlooked a busy road/car wash/petrol pump, so you can either get minuscule amounts of air or quiet. Either way, you will get no sleep if it's even slightly warm outside as the room is like an oven. My room was unbearably hot and several degrees hotter than outside. I got no sleep and didn't even have a shower in the morning before leaving. The fact that staff were unable or unwilling to help or offer a partial refund is appalling customer service. They advised me to contact the customer relations team, who are only available Mon-Fri from 9-5. This is not how hospitality usually works and things should be resolved AT THE HOTEL. Was previously a fan but will never stay in a Premier Inn again, based on this experience. Extremely poor value for the amount I paid. Spend a little more and go elsewhere.

Belsize Park is a lovely, quiet place, so we had a great night's sleep for the 4 night's we stayed, and were fortunate enough to have a pretty view of central London from our bedroom window. When we arrived, the staff were friendly, and our room was lovely and clean. The bathroom had a good supply of fresh towels, a warm shower, along with soap and body wash. The beds were comfortable, warm and stain free. The room had everything you needed for a good stay, a kettle, storage space, a desk, a small TV and plug sockets. Unlike previous Premier Inns we've stayed at, the windows opened, but unfortunately that and a fan were not enough to keep the room cool, and we found ourselves opening our door slightly when we could, which allowed for cool air to come in from the corridor. Apart from that, we had a great stay at a reasonable price of £75 per night for 4 people.

Reception was a little awkward although the staff were super helpful.Rooms are a little dated but importantly clean. The food was AMAZING!So much so I had to shake the chefs hand. The staff in the morning breakfast period were SUPER friendly, HAPPY, cheerful and a real good laugh to talk to.

A little tired and in need of some love but generally clean, bathroom tiles had a little mold in the grout, chipped paintwork etc, easy to find and access public transport, only stayed 1 night so we didn't try the food as we ate out b4 the show.Room had a heater but took a while to warm the place up as they had "aired" it with the window open for I suspect a fair while.Towels, bed linen, pillows etc impeccable as always with a premier Inn.

My mum and I have had breakfast here a couple of times now. Once when we stayed and another when we visited for breakfast. All of the breakfast staff team are lovely and friendly! We particularly found Luz to be so warm and welcoming and happy to have the patience to listen to us trying to speak Spanish and also remembering our faces, puts a smile on the face!

The hotel is in a good location but I is rather outdated. The pictures you see on Google maps look different to the real thing and it isn't a good a thing. The room was ok, a little dirty and the TV was very old and small compared to other premier inns we have stayed in. The food was nice, however, the order was slightly wrong which is surprising as it was just the 4 of us in the restaurant. I ordered loaded fries but the cheese was minimal. But overall the food was nice.

Excellent breakfast team. I would like to thank Luz, Maria and Lucy for being so wonderful! Always smiling, always kind and simply brilliant with children. They really know what hospitality is about. Great to see that the new members of their team (Anca and others - so sorry I don’t know their names) have the same welcoming and extremely helpful attitude. It is always a pleasure to go back there.I wouldn’t give five stars to the hotel overall, my review is for the wonderful people of the breakfast team 😊

Standard room with all the basic needs. Our room was extremely hot, even with an extra fan and the windows open it was not very comfortable. However the location was good and Maria and her team serving breakfast were really friendly and efficient and there was a variety to choose from.

Disgusting. Dirty. Smells like a care home throughout. Incredibly noisy (with a window open, there is a hand car wash below operating at all hours and some kind of compressor pump). The mattresses are beyond repair. Blood and brown stains on sheets and shower curtain. Obsolete tv screens. The list goes on. I changed rooms twice and little improved. Do not stay here if you can possibly avoid it. "Premier" it certainly is not. The brand should be ashamed. A prime London location housing perhaps its worst hotel in England.

though an old slightly worn hotel, the location is excellent and convenient for belsize park tube station with only two stops to camden town.reception staff make you very welcome.having booked the meal deal ,which is fantastic value for money and the quality and choice of Breakfast and evening meals as good as any hotel in LondonThe staff in the restaurant (breakfast and evening) are the most friendly and helpful I have ever met anywhere in the world (premier inn should be commended for employing such dedicated staff).so though the hotel looks dated from the outside and the rooms are a little worn, don't let this put you off , because it is clean, inviting and friendly and not costing you the earth. For the price paid and the service you get I cannot understand why the hotel gets any negative comments.Once again I would highly recommend the breakfast or the meal deal (fantastic value for money).
