You definitely need to try FIVE GUYS, the food is delicious, they are using peanut oil to fry their chips. Amazing customer service, friendly staff, clean restaurant, I am really impressed. They have tables at the ground floor too, so make sure you check or ask a member of staff . Another plus is on their drinks, they serve Schweppes Cloudy Cherry, apparently available just in their stores . Try their mayo too, Heinz made it special for them, very creamy and delicious. Highly recommended

They make the best burger and also the fries cooked on peanut oil have a total different taste. Anyone need to try them at least once in their life.

Second time I've tried Five Guys. They are okay, not a huge fan as the quality doesn't really meet the price. The food does taste good, and the custom milkshakes are great, if little too sugary. I find they are too pricy as they cost about the same as a normal dining experience, yet you will be eating a messy burger with no cutlery.I knocked one star off for price/quality (not the best Five Guys). And one star off for getting an order fairly wrong. Likely due to the noise/busyness.

The staff were all so very polite. In particular, Fabio, who was working the kitchen, was smiley, upbeat, friendly and literally had the best energy! Customer service is on point at this branch. The food was decent enough, chips were way too salty!

Was disappointed with the size of the hotdog 🌭 ordered and there was a bit of a wait to receive the order, but the fries were overflowing and the food tasted great 😋 👌. Surprised there are no plugs or charging ports for phone users and no complimentary wifi. Lovely atmosphere and lots of smiling employees make it a very pleasant place to go.

Setting a side the tasty burger and the fries (!) the service! The person who took our order as well as anyone else there is working as if this is their own business and they really care about it. This was our first visit in a Five Guys restaurant but certainly not the last.Aside from the patience the person who took our order had, she made sure our order will be tailored to our requirements with consideration to the children who are not big eaters and even split the one size milkshake into 2 cups (with whipped cream for each) as it was very big.We will be back, great experience!

The place really creates an American Atmosphere. Food quality perfect! Served amazingly quick. Smiling staff. Stephanos, a thin looking guy, was very friendly and helped us with any question we had; even enlightened us about Five Guys in general. Definitely would recommend and visit again!

I love this place and I love those amazing, juicy burgers. They look delicious, they smell delicious and the taste is just wonderful. Love it every time we are there. This particular was very busy but surprisingly quick and fast order and very polite and helpful staff. Love it. Thank you for the amazing food and good time. 😊👍
