Good food, clean and bright. Had club sandwich, guest had mexican style chicken burger, can recommend both. Chips nice. Most importantly calm and safe environment even though people coming drunk after clubs etc. WAAAY nicer than the Chelsea branch(yuck)/minimal ghetto crowd

Having not been to VQ since pre covid times I was looking forward to going to this restaurant. Previously I was a regular customer and working in the nightlife industry this place was perfect for the 2am business meetings and getting good food when finishing in the early hours of the morning.I must say that disapointingly the standards of this place have dropped massively in both terms of service and the quality of the food. The doorway is minded by two doorman who where quite polite asking us about haw many people where to be seated and informed us of a £2.50 surcharge per head. We where then shown to our table and given a few menus, one of which should clearly have been replaced a long time ago with a texture similar to the Dead Sea Scrolls. We then waited for around 20 minutes for someone to take an order... It seamed that we were more of an inconvenience for the staff present rather than a valued customer with the waiter other than grunting, and I quote, "yeh what you want", didn't say a single word to us.The drinks came fairly quickly and to be fair the milkshake and smoothie where both really nice. The food however was another story. The 'Large' full English was quite pathetic, the sausage quite tasteless, the wilted bacon, a thimble of beans placed on the plate along with a half toasted muffin and watery scrambled eggs. The second plate was a Belgian Waffle topped with some fruit with a side of cream and maple syrup. The waffle was not fresh and I'm fairly sure this is just a supermarket sugar waffle that had been reheated. It had the texture of leather and again nowhere near the standard I would expect for the money being charged. The fruit on the waffle was 4 tiny slithers of banana and the equal equivalent slithers of a strawberry. I don't think there was even half a strawberry ontop of the waffle in the slithers cut.The waiters where then discourteous taking plates before we had both finished, leaning over our food to take glasses way and when we came to pay, again not talking to us, just the payment machine thust at me.None of these dishes where close to the quality of the last time we attended a VQ and I think this may be the last time go to a VQ. While there is limited choice of places to eat in the early hours there are still other places you can go where the quality of food is better and the service more attentive.I hope VQ up's their standards as the place was an institution that in previous times has queues out the door and was very well regarded. However of our experience is anything to go by, their decline will be quite rapid and customers will go elsewhere.

One of the best places to have breakfast. It's open 24/7 and the food was delicious. Quantity band quality is great. I recommend you to try this place..

Went before our theatre showing and received a free glass of wine with our meal. Restaurant was surprisingly empty first week of January but the atmosphere was nice and service was friendly. On arriving, there was a guy leaving who was bad mouthing the restaurant and food quality. I am so glad we decided to try the place out for ourselves. Steak was cooked exactly as ordered and the burger was very tasty with all the add ons. Can’t fault and will certainly be back!

Luckily on a Saturday evening, not far from London's heart We find this place to get ourselves some dinner. Great pretty busy restaurant!!! With a bit of everything on their menu. Good prices and great food!Nearby Tottenham court road station, a bit away from hungry shoppers on new oxford street. We did enjoyed our visit for over 2 hours at Vingt-Quatre!!! Recommended !

the service was good and the waiters were friendly, however the food was barely edible. We needed a quick stop for lunch in a place that wasn’t too busy. We were the only customers in the restaurant but decided to stay since everywhere else was packed. I ordered buttermilk chicken (pictured) which was completely burnt, almost black in colour. It was supposed to be a light orange. Very disappointed. They charge a service fee which bought us up a couple pounds, and drinks are expensive for what they are too.

I would only go there for convenience standard food that will definitely fill the belly but do not expect spectacular the two black male staff were outstanding the service from them both was fantastic especially in the small hours of the morning. The manger well she clearly told me that she is their superior I think as a small white women she should have chosen her words better than she did. Anyway in the end she solved the problem which I expected.

Popped in here for a quick drink as next to hotel £14 for 2 glasses of lager with surcharge. Also had a breakfast here was OK but expensive £40 ( good old surcharge again) full English and 3 small pancakes with fruit and bacon. Went to a well known burger joint had their pancakes just as good and was 300% cheaper and no surcharge.

Always super service and food quality here. Had eggs Royale as per usual. Different this time with the hollandaise sauce slightly grilled. Daughter had her fav pancakes which she adored. My only slight complaint is the Cappaucino soon goes cold so im now going for Americano with milk to add. But the rest is excellent and will return soon
