This is NOT MEXICAN food. Perhaps you should consider recalling it "INGREDIENTS WRAP', rather than claiming it to be Mexican cuisine.Have the chef's or owners ever eaten a Mexican taco? Because this isn't what a Mexican taco is. I've had many disappointing taco's in London, but this has been one of the worst.Another westernised version, that claims to be something it is not. What I got was a bowl full of ingredients thrown on top of each other, no Mexican flavours at all, nothing original. Simply disappointing. I'd recommend for the company to throw in an employee trip to Mexico to taste and learn how to make some real taco's.

It's unfair to claim this is Mexican cuisine. There's no flavour at all. Nothing on the menu has anything to do with Mexican food, unless your definition of Mexican is 'served in a wrap'.We had the chicken tacos, beef tacos and a pork burrito. All of which were extremely bland. If you're going to make so little effort with the food you serve why start a restaurant business in the first place? An eatery like this has no place or purpose in this city. The only thing this food would be good for is staving off starvation.EDIT: this meal gave me food poisoning. Please review your hygiene standards to avoid future customers falling ill.

I had a vegan bowl from zambrero this afternoon and it was delicious. The food is really fresh, healthy and clean tasting!

I ordered from Zambrero during my self isolation where i didn't have access to my kitchen. Not only did they deliver an absolutely delicious burrito, the whole team wrote me a multi-lingual get better soon note. The customer experience from Zambrero is unmatched and I am for sure a loyal customer now. To have good tasting food is one thing, to have workers who put a smile on a customers face before even tasting the food is an entirely different experience. Zambrero, much love from isolation.

Don’t order! Maybe in store it’s better but delivered food was bad: soggy tortilla, absolute mash of rice (in the picture) and not melted cheese.

I visited the store and I was absolutely impressed, first of all with the customer service I received and second, quality of food.I had the pleasure to be served by Kris, he was absolutely amazing and his customer service skills are absolutely wonderful. Considering that it was the first time in your restaurant he helped me in choosing the meal I would like, he was always checking if I’m feeling comfortable and if I am ok. I would definitely come back and would recommend your restaurant to all my friends. Kris thank you for everything 👍

I LOVE burritos and was super excited for one to pop up. I had the veggie with pinto beans and white rice. The beans had been cooking for so long it was a paste and the burrito was then easily 80% rice. Tried to charge me extra for Guac when it's included in the veggie option. Salsa was nice. Be great to have an actual vegetable veggie option. I will return and try the vegan chilli and ask for less rice and hopefully leave a 5 star after that.

Went for lunch and had the salad bowl with chicken! It was so delicious and super fresh ingredients. Will be going back and recommending to all my friends!!!

Nice Mexican flavours. Their hot sauces are on the sweeter side which I thought was interesting. Pulled pork burrito and summer bowl with chilli con carne were both good.
