Absolutely disguting pizza couldnt get more grease on it. Cook was horrible over the phone now have to speak to manager to try get refund.

We been ordering from them before and was happy… Today we ordered again and unfortunately the pizza been horrible… firstly we been waiting an hour and 15 min . Pizza arrived cold… the pan should be deep but was thin… garlic sauce tasted like mayo not garlic… the pizza been sliced in thinly little pieces with around 3cm each … obviously not cutted to the end … terrible experience… maybe the cook change or something but will not order from them again

I can not explain how disappointed and rude this company is, we are away on a weekend away and we didn’t get our delivery then when we spoke to them they did not care at all and have left the food in the rain outside a random house! Absolutely useless

My fiancé and I were staying at the Luna Domes on the 27/10/21. We tried without success with various delivery companies, to deliver a takeaway to our dome. We tried Dominoes pizza in Tonbridge TN9 to deliver to Luna Domes at TN8 postcode, but Dominoes said "No too far" we then ordered with Tops Pizza, which were a whole 22 minutes away from Luna Domes. To our amazement, Tops Pizza delivered our meal within the time frame quoted. Their friendly delivery driver went to the effort of phoning to locate us, and to top it off, our food was still piping hot! The pizza's came exactly how we ordered and were so delicious. Thank you so much Tops Pizza 🍕👍

Terrible delivery service with rude staff that hang up and bring their bfs to deliveries??? Customer service to rectify this issue was horrible. Really badly organised and bad mannered staff

Wow pizza,uncooked, bbq ribs was still bloody,quality-10 -A I want to vomit..... worst place ever!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! and people on other side of phone are 0 point helpful.... don't order,get food ANYWHERE else!!!!!

It was two hours and a half late!! It was still hot kind of… We called them up and couldn’t have a refund :( we ordered at 6:30 came at 9!!

I actually owe them an apology for calling them because i thought they made a mistake with pizza sizing, they hadn't, it was me....i am so sorry!That aside, they delivered a superb service! Food was on time, hot, exactly as described and tasted wonderfully! Will definitely use them again!!Highly recommend!!

Me and my partner ordded a pizza that was due to be delivered at 11:30 its now 2 am and still no sign of the pizza we rang the restaurant 3 times to be told its on its way no appolgy just told to wait .. this is by far the most appuling experience ever .The restaurant is now shut and won't answer our calls won't be coming back here again especially after this appuling experience very quick to take money from us aswellDon't run a restraunt if you can not be bothered to turn up and deliver the food.. sort it out and give our money back its disgusting

The food is always lovely from Tops pizza.. it's the only place that will deliver to our house and they travel quite a distance to get to us, so we understand that the food isn't always the hottest, but that's not the fault of Tops pizza.
