Such an amazing dining experience! Thank you all @ A.D! Celebrated a milestone and I absolutely loved it!Staff and service were immaculate, food was exquisite! The beef! Omg! The taster menu was slightly ‘enhanced’ as one of our party has allergies.. so very accommodating, efficient and impressive. Highly recommend.Definitely a special occasion place. :)

I would give it 6 stars if I could. You pay for divine food, courteous and knowledgeable staff. This is more an experience rather than a standard night out.Overall you easily spend 4h+ there so I would recommend booking a table for 6 or 7pm.I would recommend

Excellent evening on Saturday. The tasting menu with wine pairings really fantastic. Staff all lovely and we were lucky enough to be shown round the kitchen and meet the head chef at the end of our meal which was a real treat !!!

We got a friendly greeting, half way down to promenade at The Dorchester. The lovely surroundings complemented the meal that was to come. The avocado and sesame seeds bread with the citrus lobster were beautifully presented. The wine list had more affordable options than many places in Mayfair. My favourite dish from the five I had on the card menu was pasta with lobster and chicken quenelles. The bisque sauce was light and went well with the polenta and caviar. A lovely evening all round with nice service.

Absolutely amazing food and services. As usual with this type of establishments (top-notched / 3 Michelin stars), the true experience comes down not only to the food and setting, but more importantly the kind, professional and friendly staff who makes it wholesome. Thank you!

We went there the first day of reopening post covid. We had the most wonderful experience dinning here, chef Blondet really mastered presentation and cooking techniques making the tasting menu one of the best culinary experiences in this world. The staff are true professionals with an impressive attention to detail. Having gone to all sorts of Michelin star restaurants in the world, Overall It remains as one of my favourite. It’s not cheap and the bill will easily go over £1000 for 2 people but that’s expected for these types of establishments. I think people leaving bad reviews simply come with unattainable and unrealistic expectations. You are coming here to taste classical dishes in their perfectly cooked conditions as well as paired sauces and ingredients to get the most out of the taste of the star of the dish. If you are a food lover who wont feel that is breaking the bank to dine here then go for it and enjoy the journey you will be taken through.

3 michelin star lunch at @alainducasseatthedorchester London 🇬🇧Thoughts 💭Amuse-BoucheThe crackers and bread left a lot to be desired but the lobster and apple foam soup looking thing were tangy, refreshing and delicious.STARTERSThe pumpkin tart was deconstructed on the plate. Personally I found there was too much pastry for the toppings available. The three way wild mushrooms was definitely the favourite out of the two. There is something about the way a fantastic chef can make mushrooms turn awesome. In terms of experience we were a bit shocked how many times we had been up sold something by this early point. It’s not something we have been accustomed to before unless other establishments are just more suave about it.MAINSThe salmon and turnip was incredible as was the duck and celeriac. We were expecting the usual story telling to come in by now that highlighted something special about the food but it didn’t come.DESSERTApple tarte tartin - now I’m a huge apple dessert fan. Like HUGE. So this was suppose to be an easy win. Unfortunately, I found it uninspiring. Give me a @humblecrumblelondon any day of the week. The chestnut Mont Blanc was a lot nicer but once again not great. The freebies we got at the end of the chocolates and little tarts and profiteroles were all exceptional. It was great to know they had a chocolate shop as they were really good. Especially the coconut one.THE EXPERIENCETo me a Michelin star experience is so much more then exceptionally cooked food. It is the story, the art of it. It’s spending hours in a beautiful place sampling a beautiful food story. The venue was stunning, the atmosphere was a bit too pretentious for my liking and between the upsells and lack of narrative. The money couldn’t be justified on this. Delicious food, yes. But, the experience is usually so much more.

If I can give 6 stars, I will. Food is excellent without saying (not just me, with 3 Michelin stars, even the expert agrees). But the highlight is the whole experience. 101% to the staff members. Extremely professional, yet very friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall cannot recommend higher!

Best meal I have ever had. The food and service are unparalleled. Every course blew us away, and the waiters were the perfect blend of engaging but not over bearing. Could not fault a thing. The night was topped off by being taken into the kitchen at the end of our meal! Can't wait to return.

Excellent food and service. Well presented and flavoursome Classic style tasting menu. Great selection of wine pairing. I gave it 4 stars purely because I felt it was missing that WOW factor that I would expect from a 3 Michelin star restaurant. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
