Poor service with long waiting time to order and then for food and drinks. Non-availablity of food/starters wasn't shared at the beginning which added more wait time. We had sliced steak which actually was really nice so would award more stars just for the food. Service let us down, hence the three stars. Try their mayonnaise if you can; it combines mustard and was really creamy. Delicious.

Ever since I’ve lived in London (5 years) and come out of Piccadilly station or Leicester Square I have seen chains of this restaurant and wondered how they are, always busy, and now I can final say. Went there on Valentine’s Day and the food is very ‘okay’. Approximately £20 for an average meal without a side, so expensive, but given the location, I guess they can command a bit of a premium. Service seemed to struggle to deal with the theatre customers, I.e needing to leave at 7, I could see a lot of frantic people trying to pay. Then finally and probably the reason I will not go back is how closely they pack their tables. Not only do I feel like I am part of the peoples conversations on my left and right because we are so on top of each other, but I was pretty sure I could feel their pulse, was like the triple date for Valentine’s Day I never wanted. I would rather take my date to pret next year (no offence pret).

We came here tonight to eat before the theatre. We informed our server - Eszter - of this fact, and she ensured that we had our food and drinks in time to get to our show. The food was absolutely delicious, and so were the drinks. Both myself and my wife throughly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was cooked beautifully. In relation to service, the restaurant was absolutely packed with every table full and a line of people waiting to be seated. However, this did not stop multiple staff checking in with us periodically to ensure we had everything we needed and the food was to our liking, even if it was not their responsibility, was really good to see a team working so well together.Highly recommended this establishment, and look forward to returning next time we are in London.

Ordered ribs and burger. Burger was ok. Pretty dry. The ribs were dry, not double BBQ that's for sure (see pic). They didn't taste great either. We both had half of each plate and feel rough today.A shame £19.75 ribs don't come with any sides. The burger was a similar price too.We were going to the theatre afterwards, so didn't have time to complain and go through sending food back, but this was not worth the money. That's £40 of food in that photo.... Disappointed and will not be returning. The only reason this isn't 1 star is that the staff were attentive and quick with drinks orders.

I have always love this place and the best steaks to eat at. Was welcomed from the entrance to our seating table and till the time we left. Amazing feeling !!! Does feel like Christmas already.

·

Food is of high quality, steak is cooked to our perfection, the salad is sooo tasty, the peanut butter dessert is to die for- recommended by Arek, such a sweet hospitable and welcoming member of your staff, he made our luch experience a memorable one…

·

A little bit over priced for what you get as plates. I ordered rib eye steak with side of caesar salad. To share, the dessert was good-peanut butter, caramel and brownie cake. Staff was the best👌🏻

I like this chain for the quality of steaks. This one might not be the best in terms of location as it was really busy and we waited a bit longer than usual but it was worth waiting. I love the quality of meat and the fact that it is always spiced the way I like it. The choice of sauces and sides is really good. I loved the garlic mushrooms! My definite favourite for sides! It might not be the cheapest place but the prices are really good when you look at the quality. I will definitely be coming back to one of these restaurants in the future.

Probably one of the best customer service I have ever received. Host, Waiter and Servers all very friendly. It was a busy Saturday evening so expected to wait and we waited around 30mins. My steak was cooked beautifully rare. I find it a little odd that everything needs to be individually brought but I guess that’s how they increase the price of each meal. I added chunky chips.Pudding was also delicious. My mum is disabled and they kindly held her arm to get to the loo and out of the restaurant. Very good!

This restaurant is more like comfort food in my opinion. They were okay and pretty basic. Got the sampler, the steak and the soup. I did not expect much seeing by the cooking of the steak. Overall, this is a comfort food that would maintain its quality. Recommended to try but i do not think I will go back again to try its other food.
