... What is, there to say.From the moment I was greeted at the door by the doorman to leaving... Incredible experience.Every member of staff was friendly, polite and very professional, taking time to explain the food being served but also able to chat. Nothing was too much trouble.The dining room was classy.The food was incredible... From the canapés to dessert.The timing between each course was just right, never felt rushed or left to wonder when the next course was coming!The price for the 3 course lunch is great value for a Michelin star restaurant.... Will definitely be returning

We chose to have our anniversary dinner at Celeste and we chose well! The environment, staff, and food were perfect to help us celebrate our occasion! We were quite pleased with our decision and hope to return in the future. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience superb!

Fabulous afternoon tea. Staff were so friendly and attentive, regularly offering to refill our sandwiches/scones and tea. Absolutely beautiful decor and relaxed yet refined atmosphere.

Lovely atmosphere. The cocktail selection was impeccable and everything my dinner party tried was amazing! Excellent dinner service and staff were all so friendly and professional. Loved the depth and flavours of the food and definitely worth the money! Will return x

The decor is amazingly beautiful. Every single dish I had was delicious and their presentation were nice.Congrats to the chef.Sadly, there was a little fly flying over the table which ended up falling in my plate, by coincidence that all happened just in front of the waiter that was serving my table (can"t remember her name but by her accent surely she was italian) she saw it, said sorry and took my plate away and that was it. Celeste is a michelin-starred restaurant, that shouldn't ever happen and they should train and prepare there staff way better.

One of the best dining experiences i had in London! Food was great and service were excellent! Loved the environment and all the details! We were served by Sho and Danial, and special thanks to Ryuya! She sure made my birthday special. Definitely recommended and will back again!

This exceptional restaurant situated within a lavish 5-star hotel is the perfect venue for a special meal. Our table was booked for 8pm on a Saturday and when we arrived there were no delays. The service was prompt and efficient and the staff were very friendly. The a la carte menu had some interesting choices and the food did not disappoint. Overall a great dining experience and successful choice.
