Best italian restaurant in London, the service is amazing also the staff , Massimo and Alessandro are very sweet and professional, will definitely come here again , the food is amazing!

The service and food was very good here, the starters in particular were brilliant! all seasonal produce and expertly created. There were no pasta dishes on the menu, just FYI. I was slightly upset that the £30 main courses came with no vegetables and so a very small bowl of broccoli and carrots cost £10 extra

Always a pleasure to dine here. The food is fresh and tasty and their gnocchi is melt in your mouth delicious. The service is the cherry on top, friendly and efficient.

Simple deco for authentic Italian fine dining on the first floor wooden floors.. Excellent meal, dont usually have mixed seafood Tagliolini alle Erbe e Noci and Carpccio di Ananas. Friendly staff and good service, but one of the light picture needs changing to balance the room.Separate male/female toilets. Ground floor for pizza meals only.

Excellent food, slightly overpriced, naughty extras on the bill at the endI went here very recently to celebrate the birthday of my Father who was shortly to leave to return to China where he normally resides. The setting is lovely, intimate restaurant in a nice area of London, waiters were friendly and attentive and the quality of food was superb all the way from the Focaccia at the beginning to the Seabass main. Very impressed with the fresh ingredientsThe bill came to just over £165 for what was essentially two starters, two mains, an extra side, a bottle of wine, two soft drinks and one dessert. Not astronomical by any degree, however arguably slightly overpriced given the size of the order. The price tag could all very much be forgiven in lieu of the excellent food and service, however two items on the bill at the end proved slightly irksome and I wish I had reviewed the bill more carefully before leaving. An oversight perhaps as I assumed a degree of transparency and trust given the welcoming nature of the staff.1. Classically, this is one of those places which will ask if you would like to have still or sparkling water with your meal and it is assumed you will pay for the water at the end. Understandable in a place like this - however having only opted for sparkling, it was a great shame to see that I had been charged for both a bottle of sparkling and still water, when the latter was not consumed.2. We were charged for 2 freshly squeezed orange juices on the bill (at £7 a glass might I add), however what I actually ordered was 2 glasses of cranberry juice which I was informed came from a package. Again somewhat cunning and a behaviour which left a retrospective sour taste on the palate. I'll assume that the premade stuff and "fresh" juices are not equally priced at £7 for the purposes of this argument, given the presumed added value of "freshly squeezed". And even if they were the same menu price, it seems absurd to charge £7/glass for cranberry juice from a carton. To conclude, I can only sing praises about how delicious this food was in a lovely venue, hosted by attentive staff. But it's with great regret that I shall not be patronising this restaurant in future given the indiscretions on the bill which seem petty and unfitting for such an establishment.

Best italian in london. Simply the best. The owner chef deals with each guest and tries to understand what best to make them happy. He is a great person. By the way my house is close by and I see every-morning how they purchase fresh and special selected food. They are just great and now have stone-oven for pizza as well. Don’t miss.

I have only been here once, last summer, with an Aussie Italian friend and we both loved the place.Wonderful food, divine antipasti and pizza, with equally great service. They took our coats on entry and looked after us impeccably.Tucked away on a smart residential street close to Notting Hill and Bayswater stations, this is a beautifully intimate place to dine. Prices are pretty reasonable for what is a very expensive part of London.I will visit again next time I'm in the area and recommend this place, especially for couples.

First of all - the food is fabulous. But what's the point if the four of us cannot have a conversation? The increasing fashion for stripping out soft furnishings has lifted the volume levels to absurdity in so many London restaurants - is this driven, as one restaurateur admitted to me - by the need to get customers out in time for staff to catch the last tube home to the outer reaches?

Italy is one of my favorite countries and one of my biggest complaints being in London is that I always struggle to find authentic Italian food here! Ta da!!! This restaurant is it! When a simple tomato pasta can blow you away - you know you are somewhere "real"
