Basils in City of London

I did not go there for food but they have a great many options

The best place to go for lot of varieties of delicious hot and cold sandwiches and also jacket potatoes with delicious fillings... 👌👍

Best sandwich shop in the city!

I've visited Basil's for my breakfast and lunch everyday this week, the sandwiches are both delicious and well proportioned. A great variety of fillings and breads. The service is great and full of lighthearted conversation. If I find myself here again 10/10 would go again. Oh and prices are quite good too!

Best sandwiches in the city! All made to order, there's so much to choose from there's something for everyone. And you'll be served by extremely helpful, friendly chaps who are speedy too. An all round good egg!

Best sandwich I've ever had, geenrous size, cheap price and fast and friendly service

Small sandwich shop with great customer service and good food. The variety is almost overwhelming and servings are generous. Price is competitive with other local options .

Food was amazing. Mocha was unlike anything I've had before(im from Canada so it might just be a difference). But the guy who made our sandwiches was amazing. Very chipper, friendly and nice!

I am an early riser in the City and Basil's opens at 5:30. I love this place, the epitome of a good small business. They work hard and they are always friendly and efficient. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches are excellent as well. Much more satisfying than going to a mega-chain.

I cannot believe that an eatery in the heart of the City of London can sell food so cheaply and still provide such delicious food. All their sandwiches/rolls etc are so filling, and so inexpensive, you are left full up until dinner time. No more afternoon snacking. Much better than a meal deal from a supermarket.
