Bella Italia The Strand in City of London

What am amazing experience at Bella Italia on Strand. Food and atmosphere was great! Good value for money , highly recommended. We were served by lady called Elvira and her colleague Pavel. What a gems, absolutely fantastic service, very friendly and welcoming.

First time after the pandemic and Im very disappointed. The presentation of the food was disgusting. My ice cream desert came on a regular water glass! Carbonara was completelly different than before. Wont come back. We were seated in the basement no phone signal and the wifi is very poor and slow (you should upgrade it if you want people to seat downstairs).

Decent food. Nothing to rave about but not terrible. Location and decor fine. Hospitable staff. Would have been 4 stars but when we ordered we were asked whether we wanted chips or salad with the meal. We both said salad though weren't bothered about them.We were charged for it as a side. It was intimated it was part of the meal and neither of us wanted it really so to then have £4 each left a sour taste. Especially as we left most of the salad. Sometimes its the little things.

After a long shopping day I treated my family to a nice meal, and the restaurant did not disappoint! Super quick service, we can seated almost immediately, food was astonishing- very well presented and delicious. 100% will be returning.

We had a lovely meal here and sat down stairs which had plenty or room, not as busy as the upstairs which we didn't mind. The service and food was great.

Absolutely fantastic staff. I want to say a special thank you to Joanna for her excellent customer service and kindness. I was on a filming shoot that had been cancelled, myself and the other dancers had spent a while trying to find somewhere to eat. It was raining we had lots of luggage and didn't have any luck finding a restaurant with seating which led us to Bella Italia and how lucky we were for that! Delicious food and drinks were great, especially as someone who orders mocktails - so many options. I will gladly visit again! Thanks for making our day xxx

It was on our way, we went in when we were hungry. We all ordered something different from the menu and I think all three of them were successful. I can’t say amazing but it is a place to go again for a standard taste.

First time in Bella Italia and it was so good! The cutest spot for amazing food. In addition to it, we had a delightful service from part of Johanna, we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

Another great Bella Italia and where the service and food is superb! As always, they were able to tailor for my partners gluten allergy - the staff were able to advise on what was available for coeliacs- which is almost everything. Fantastic news for coeliacs :-)

Server was very nice and friendly. The food is decent. I recommend the mushroom one as it is quite light and good. They do put a bit of the same kind of cheese everywhere on their pizzas (which isn’t a big problem but can be a bit much on some pizzas) There is also quite a wait for the food to come out but that is only a good thing if you have great company but not when you are hungry.
