I didn't like that they had single use coffee cups, plates and forks even if you dine in. It's probably more environmentally friendly, if you use normal cutlery, cups and plates. Also the hot chocolate tasted watery.

Staff really friendly . Food was delicious! Plenty of vegetarian options .nice and quirky in the down stairs seating area

They was fine but they were huge disappointment to me I literally gave everything to loose it all over again they are great to customers. But not to me I definitely don't give recommendations for them.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Waiting too long for someone to take our order.Waiter was ignorant and coffee was lukewarm.Foccacias are overpriced for what you are getting and tasteless.We didn't enjoyed at all.We won't be back.

Perfect for a quick lunch break. It was my 1st time in a benugo and I loved it. Smiley friendly staff, (hard to find nowadays) and really nice fresh sandwiches. Not too busy too which was great as not too noisy. 😊

Nice atmosphere. The downstairs floor is cozy. Coffees were good. Tables were a bit dirty though.
